Experiencia negativa: Very bad service. I called them 8-9 time and told them that I want a book a ticket. The lady keep talking to other people while I was talking to her. They keep telling me "will call you back" but no one ever called. I am really disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience ever, no professionalism, they don’t have broader industry experience. They booked wrong flight and within 24hrs we tried to cancel the ticket but they still charged us fee which no major airline does. In total they are frauds who likes to charge people more for no reason.

They now exclusively partner with Emirates and push customers to book with them without proper explanation, leading to unnecessary charges. My family member was forced to pay an extra fee due to their mistake, and they didn't even clarify the charges, simply tacking on an additional $1000. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the airline or through ASAP tickets instead.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service. Absolute garbage. My in laws’ travel plans were cut 2 days short because of errors the agency made with the flights return. They said the airline changed the flight, however the agency never notified my in laws. They had hotels for 2 extra days that was pre paid and never used. I tried calling them several times and they gave the same bogus reply of “a manger will call you back” and no manager ever called us. They can only say “it’s not our fault, contact the airlines.” As a travel agency, we put our trust in you to make sure our trips are smooth. My in laws are lucky my wife and I were in the states to be able to call the agency. This is a terrible excuse of a travel agency. You are better off just booking your own flights and hotels. No one seems to know what they are doing and no one can give you an answer. Garbage, garbage, garbage. You guys are the perfect example of someone who is money hungry and have no care for the customers.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I had a mixed experience as a customer! I went there for the first time to book some tickets for our family summer vacation to Bangladesh. The guy who helped me was very persuasive to convince me to buy tickets from Air India. Honestly speaking, he was a nice person, the price was cheaper and the seat selection was perfect. I advanced $1200 and they confirmed those tickets. However, after getting back home and having some online research about Air India, I decided not to fly with Air India. Next morning I rushed to the Bangla Travel office within 24 hours to cancel my reservation and they charged me $200 for the cancellation void fee. Maybe federal rule established by the U.S. Department of Transportation for 24 hours refund policy for any ticket cancellation not fully mandated by travel agencies. And I understand, they worked hard booking those tickets and charging an amount for their hard work is fine. BUT in my opinion charging $50 for each ticket cancellation is NOT a reasonable amount and probably not strong customer service! . And should have properly communicated Travel Agent specific policies to the new customer.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my parents spent money on 3 tickets on business class tickets from JFK to Dhaka. Our expectation was we would be able to choose our seats or get lounge access while waiting in Dubai. We had 0 benefits to either. Not only that, but they didn’t even mention to us that we wouldn’t have these benefits despite paying close to $15K on tickets. Save your money somewhere else. This place is sneaky af and they will do anything to take your money.
