Experiencia negativa: It was an extremely bad experience and I will never come back again. I came on the time to do fingerprints and after I left I had received an email from them saying that I have to rebook an appointment to do fingerprints again due to a bad quality of reporting and did not consider their faults at all and didn’t cooperate with my condition. I asked them to use the bathroom and they said isn’t working properly

Experiencia fantástica: I bought my membership online so this is just a general comment. I had to use triple A today, my oil leaked (burst tube or pipe idk) leaving the car unable to be drived. I called triple A and from the initial call to arrival it took only 30 min to have someone out there. I was so relieved and happy. I have the 100 mile towing option and I'm so grateful for triple A. This is the first yr I've owned it and I can frankly say it was well worth it. The tow trucker was incredibly nice and friendly. Very professional.

Experiencia negativa: Broke down on Dixie Highway with a flat and told them from the beginning that I had forgotten my ID, called my grandmother, who the insurance is through and she argued with them until they agreed to come change my tire. I had someone else call me back that wanted me to walk home in the snow and 34 degree weather on a busy highway to get my wallet, walk back to my car, and then call them back, wait for them, and finally prove I was who I say I am. That's almost a 7 mile walk for me one way - I could watch most of amovie in the time it takes me to walk home and back and still be waiting! It wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't offered for them to speak to my grandmother - the owner of the car and insurance - to verify anything they needed. Here I am stranded having to call her at work to have her call them to yell at them because they won't listen to me!

The worst part, you put in your zip code to get to the "right" website, and then when you put your membership number in, they tell you that is the wrong club. I'm sorry, but this may be the last time we renew if you cannot get this fixed.
