Experiencia fantástica: Last year I booked my flight to Izmir Turkey. Unfortunately my luggage was lost in Paris. Airport baggage handlers in Paris stated it was not there, but never arrived in Turkey. After 3 trips to the Izmir Airport, and numerous unsuccessful attempts to locate my luggage. I contacted my travel agent, Fatih at Artun Travel. After explaining the situation and providing luggage documentation, Fatih was able to contact the airline, track my baggage in Paris and arrange to have it delivered to Izmir. He did a superb job! This year there was no question when choosing a travel agency and personal agent. Yes, I have arranged my own flights , but why not let a professional do it for me?

Kisaca Artun Travel ile calismakla ne kadar dogru bir is yaptigimi ispat etmis oldu. Cok tesekkür ederim.

They offer perfectly personalized travel routes and they keep your individual needs in mind. We recently used their service for an Eastern European country. We did not know the country well, they searched the best available flights. Due to some unexpected reasons we had to make multiple changes in our itinerary and each time they were patient and came up with great solutions. The agents are polite and respond their messages immediately. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Booked flights and chose the seats couple months in advance. And the day of our flight our seats were never given to us and they did not give us a refund. Also they lied to us that they would give us a refund of $238. Horrible experience. Customer service is horrible, called them so many times and no one picked up. Never gave us a call back. Basically scammed.

Experiencia negativa: It would have been a beautiful thing to give them 4 stars but I'm truly disappointed with Artun Travel. Everything started off smoothly with the travel agent who seemed eager to assist me with my travel plans. My birthday plans to be exact. A package was put together for air and hotel for 6ppl 2 beds. I was given a phenomenal rate but the issue was that it only had one bed in each room. She apologized for the mistake and promised to make the proper changes and get back to me.Meanwhile, she sent me the latest update on my trip but it went to the wrong email. I reached out several times but no answer and the phone would not accept voice messages. Communication is so essential in this business. Unfortunately this experience was unpleasant.The travel agent was very unorganized, non responsive and inconsistent. The fortunate part is that this travel agency is one of many.
