Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience we had today. We were sending a package to Ukraine for 7 kids that unfortunately lost their mom. As soon as the manager of this location ( unfortunately don’t remember her name) find out the situation, she helped out to get even MORE clothes for the kids. Instead of one package we send out two packages with manager’s help. My words can not describe how grateful we are for you making a huge impact for the kids that lost their mom. Thank you very much for your kindness, it was very nice of you. The other lady ( I believe Maryana) was very helpful as well. You guys are fantastic. Thank you again and wishing you all the best.

Fantastic experience: Have been using this agency for more than 20 years for notary and traveling services. Very knowledgeable, multi-lingual, wonderful and responsible employees, fast and convenient service. Highly recommend them and hope to continue coming for the next 20 years more even though it takes 1 hour of driving now

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and friendly staff. I had sent a parcel using their services to Ukraine as they are partner with Meest. Parcel arrived on time. Every time I called them they answer the phone and were very responsive and helpful. I will use their services in future. I really recommend Universal Travel Service. FYI, They have on-sight parking behind the building.
