Fantastic experience: We can’t thank Chuck enough for his help planning our amazing 2-week trip to Argentina. We told him what we tentatively wanted to do, and he put together a comprehensive itinerary that hit all our must-dos and more across four cities and multiple hotels. He gave us options at multiple price points and gave us great suggestions of what to do. Particularly memorable was the glacier tour in Patagonia — a not-to-be-missed experience that we might have bypassed if Chuck hadn’t flagged it. Throughout the planning process and the trip itself, he was friendly, professional and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend his help with trips both on and off the beaten path.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever wondered if you will have the vacation of a lifetime? Well I did! I was fortunate to take a Navigo Travel AMA Waterways cruise on the Danube arranged by Chuck Mika. The food was delicious and each meal different. The trip was flawlessly planned and totally relaxing. Every stop including the add on days we had before and after the cruise were filled with optional tours. Each tour enabled you to see the surrounding towns or places of interest and occasionally throwing in a wine or beer tasting. I have travelled to many places in my life, but none were as interesting and relaxing as this trip. Treat yourself and plan a river cruise with Chuck, each day will be a wonderful surprise.

Fantastic experience: Chuck Mika and Navigo Travel have arranged a number of travel adventures for me and my family including trips to Patagonia, Greece, Scotland and New Zealand. Chuck is fantastic to work with and often finds wonderful hotels that we would never find on our own. He's detailed and customer service oriented and we couldn't ask for a more competent advisor for our travel. A true test of his customer service was having to cancel a very detailed itinerary due to illness. Chuck was wonderful helping us both cancel and reschedule for a later date!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful for Chuck Mika at Navigo Travel with helping my family and I plan our trip to London and Paris. I was overwhelmed with the planning of this trip but Chuck basically held my hand and help me plan out all the details and took out all the stress that comes with planning a trip like this. Fantastic experience: Charles Mika of Navigo Travel planned two fantastic trips for us. One month in the Far East and one in Europe, both complicated with multiple countries and flights, hotels. Chuck helped us tirelessly with all the details, working even at our convenience and was very patient. He also shared lots of helpful knowledge and insights about the destinations. I highly recommend him as the best travel agent I ever worked with ! (I also am very happy with the destinations (and with Chuck's recommendation to add Chiang Mai and other locations to our itineraries.) Fantastic experience: Just finished another fantastic trip. This time I did the Romantic Danube. Without Navigo Travel I would never be able to arrange such a trip. They take care of absolutely everything you request. Even if something goes wrong like Covid did in 2020 they take care of getting you home as quick as possible.

Fantastic experience: Navigo Travel is one of the greatest businesses my husband and I have ever encountered!! I was never a fan of travel agents simply because I travel a lot and thought I didn't need one. I was wrong! Chuck Mika is the best in the business and our international travel has become unbelievably amazing as a result of Chuck's efforts. Places we wouldn't have gone, great rates that we never could have gotten on our own, and always a fun surprise here and there from Navigo saying thank you in their own way!! Chuck is amazing and he now, after 6 years, should expect that he has customers for life in the two of us!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic and professional to work with. I’ve worked with him on a personal level and he eased any fears I had regarding traveling overseas. I’ve also worked with him professionally. I help run a 50k+ person annual event. He works with our Relations team to book all of our Guests of Honor. Such an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend utilizing him enough. Frankly, five stars is too low and Google needs to realize there are businesses out there like this one that deserve more than five stars.

He is extremely organized and quick to respond with questions. Fantastic experience: Chuck is so amazing. He makes all our travel arrangements, if a flight changes he texts and emails me right away. I trust his judgement, and he always puts us in the right hotel. We recently went to Portugal , from Lisbon , Porto, all the way to the Algarve. Every placed he picked was wonderful. Fantastic experience: Chuck is the antidote to travel stress. He can take care of as much or as little of what you need. And he’s always available, and in a timely, friendly fashion to remind you of details that might have slipped your mind. Personally, I highly recommend going on one of his pre-packaged adventures. The Galapagos Islands. Manchu Picchu. The Pyramids. He takes care of EVERYTHING. It’s like being a kid again traveling with your parents. He handles the details, you simply enjoy.

Negative experience: Cancelled trip because the Covid_19. The resort do not even open at the travel time. They charged $50/pp included kids even kids stay free. PLEASE BEWARE.

Fantastic experience: We just had the opportunity to travel to Spain, including the cities of Barcelona, Granada, Aguadulce, and Seville. It was the trip of a lifetime! I would have never been able to organize such an experience on my own. I called Chuck and told him what we wanted to do, things we wanted to see and experience, and what our budget was. Within hours he had a framework of a trip that we took a few days to tweak and then confirm. It ended up being one of the best experiences I've had, both the trip to Spain AND working with Navigo Travel.
