Casey and her team planned the perfect 20-year anniversary trip for us to Bora Bora last year, and somehow topped that with the most memorable family vacation we’ve ever taken—this time to Thailand with our two teens. Every detail was thoughtful and seamless, from flights to timing, hotels, and excursions. Chiang Mai was magical—authentic, walkable, cultural, and unforgettable. The elephant sanctuary, bike tour through local villages, Vespa tour, and attention to our vegan preferences made the experience feel deeply personal and immersive. Bangkok and the Madi Paidi Hotel were absolute highlights. The service, food, warmth, and attention to detail were unlike anything we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Our kids are still talking about it—and already asking to go back. The staff, the breakfast, the location, the heart of the place—it set a new global standard for hospitality for our family. What truly sets Travel Theory apart is trust. When we followed Casey’s recommendations, everything exceeded expectations. On the one occasion we deviated, we learned our lesson—hotel selection is absolutely her superpower. The guides were phenomenal, flexible, kind, and went above and beyond in ways that felt human, not transactional. This was the best family trip we’ve ever taken, and it changed how we see travel. Thailand is now at the top of our list—and we wouldn’t plan a trip there (or anywhere) without Travel Theory. We are so grateful to Casey and her team for enriching our family bond in such a meaningful way.

Through their local agents, they were in constant watch of how things were going and if we needed anything 24/7. Fantastic experience: Travel Theory created a once-in-a-lifetime itinerary for my family and I. We had an epic, memory-making, 5-star trip to Southern Italy and it was incredible. We explored Rome, Sicily and Naples, visiting off-the-beaten path locations and restaurants, and we visited regions and sites that are often missed, or overlooked, by most tourists. Casey at Travel Theory provided incredible detail, wonderful recommendations, and excellent communication every step of the way. Travel Theory's representative in Italy provided us with 24/7 support, communication, and recommendations throughout our entire trip. I'm not sure I could ever return to Italy without working with him and Travel Theory again - they made our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Casey at Travel Theory to plan our honeymoon - and let me tell you, I don't know how I have ever travelled without a travel agency... and I don't really ever want to again! The entire process - the planning, booking, communication, everything - was seamless and painless. Casey provided recommendations for places we never even would have thought of - or likely discovered - on our own. Our honeymoon was an absolute DREAM and we already want to go back (even though we've only been home a week!) As the normal planner for all of our vacations, I can positively say that you enjoy trips significantly more when someone else plans them for you - so if you're on the fence about booking with Travel Theory... just do it. Fantastic experience: Trip of a lifetime! This was our first time traveling to Europe and Casey made the trip seamless. Every single transfer, tour, ticket, was ready to go and taken care of. Our itinerary allowed for us to see everything we wanted while also allowing us the freedom to explore on our own. Every tour that was booked had a knowledgeable and friendly guide who really made each experience so much more enjoyable. The hotels that were chosen for us were beautiful! We received two upgrades throughout our trip and the service was spectacular. Fantastic experience: We came to Kitte and Casey a year ago to talk about ideas for our anniversary trip. They took the time to get to know us and our interests and budget for each destination. Together we chose our destination Costa Rica. With so much information online, it was a relief and pleasure to have most of our trip planned out specifically for us and our own unique interests. This is where I feel Kitte and Casey shines. It is with their expertise that we had the best and guides throughout our trip. The areas we visited and transfers between areas of the country required expert drivers where simply following google maps is not an option. Everything was private in the most luxurious vehicles to make us feel comfortable and safe. Each tour we had was private and exceeded our expectations. The guides we had very experienced and so interactive ensuring we had the best time with them while educating us on their culture. Meeting these people really made the trip for us! We learned so much life lessons seeing how passionate they were of their country and their willingness to welcome us with open arms. Knowing who to book is crucial when traveling overseas so you have the best experience and this they truly did for us! The hotel selections exceeded our expectation for a very authentic but luxury experience whereas even little things such as daily breakfasts made for a great start to our day. Every hotel knew of our anniversary and left us gifts along the way. We were truly treated as VIP guests. We felt surprised every moment of our trip which is the main reason why wanted to work with them. To be able to relax and know that every detail was taken cared of left us the opportunity to soak in every moment. They even had a personal guide meet us at the airport to introduce themselves and she too was available to us daily should we have needed anything. When there was an unexpected road closure to a mud slide, she had a backup driver sent within the hour! That type of action would’ve taken me all day on my own to figure out. We have planned a few more destinations with Kitte and Casey. After our first experience I am confident the next destinations to come will be just as amazing. They are patient with all of my questions, always willing to readjust the itinerary to ensure the experience is all that you have dreamed of and more. We cannot recommend them enough and will be happily using their services for all of our luxury travels. They have proven to me that the experiences they have built for us was better than anything I could have done on my own! Thank you Kitte and Casey for your time and advice. Fantastic experience: Wow what a great experience with Travel Theory! We got great rates on a fantastic all inclusive hotel. She took care of getting us to and from the hotel and setting up a great sunset cruise. This made going on vacation a breeze. Fantastic experience: Casey and Kitty planned my honeymoon to Europe and it was seriously the best experience of my life! Everything was so set up to be magical and designed to make us feel so special. Casey and Kitty made sure to surprise us with a bottle of Prosecco and goodies to each of our hotels after a long day of travel. We were also upgraded every single time upon checking into our hotel, not to mention our incredible views were to die for. I posted several pictures and videos on social media and I received so many questions on which travel company we used. I still cannot get over the unforgettable experience they put so much time and effort into. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Travel Theory came to me at the perfect time! Kitte and Casey helped my fiancee and I plan a 3-week excursion through Peru and Colombia. While attempting to plan this trip, I was bogged down during a stressful time at work and my fiancee, who is a wildland firefighter, was out of cell service for weeks at a time. It made it near impossible to get anything done until Travel Theory stepped in! Kitte & Casey are very well-traveled and truly speak from experience. They planned accommodations, activities, transportation, and made restaurant reservations. They were extremely responsive and professional (which is a huge priority to me!) as well as accommodating to our desires and budget. They also handled all communications and any issues/changes with our bookings - which is extremely helpful given the complications with international travel these days.
