Negative experience: Unprofessional - called my wife a liar. I'll never use this service again. I would give zero stars if I could. My wife was stuck in Brazil with Covid and both my wife and her nephew tried to work with the agency to get her flight rebooked. I ended up having to buy a one way ticket home for my wife and can't get a refund for the balance of her original roundtrip ticket.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take a moment to say thank you for Maria Faro & Carlos. Both was very helpful give us the best advice ever and ours vacations, we always but packages with then. but I’m very thankful for our last vacation they help us to choose the best Maldives & Dubai package. Our vacation was perfect thank you too for help us pick the best hotel. Thank you so much for your help honestly and advices. You guys are amazing. I will recommend you guys for all my friends and family.
