Negative experience: Worst fingerprint office ever! My prints got denied due to associate scanning the wrong fingers, and when I told her it was wrong she said “i know what I’m doing let me do my job”. Then 3 weeks later I come to find out my finger prints have been denied due to her carelessness and unprofessionalism. Highly do not recommend, and a cherry on top is I had to wait for 3 hours in the waiting room for a fix appointment which I was 15 minutes early for.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if that were an option. Fieldprint at Office Connection has now attempted to take my fingerprints twice, and both times the Arizona DPS notified me that the fingerprint quality was insufficient for background processing. This is not a minor inconvenience. It delays employment and creates unnecessary stress. The personnel were unprofessional and clearly did not know what they were doing. There was no attention to quality, no verification that the prints met DPS standards, and no accountability when the process failed—again. If you need fingerprints done correctly the first time, avoid this place. Incompetence and lack of professionalism have real consequences, and this location should not be trusted for something as important as background clearance.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for fingerprints. Arrived at my scheduled time and was immediately attended to. Very courteous staff member. Was in and out in 10 minutes! Great experience!

Negative experience: Appointments mean nothing here. So far I’ve waited 37 min past my appointment time. Find another place to go.

Negative experience: Very horrible experience! Run don’t walk away! I don’t even have words to describe how unprofessional this place is! Cancelled my appointment twice and finally kept the third one but let me wait for 15 minutes in a waiting area with nobody in sight. Finally get called in the room which looks like an unkept storage room only for a young lady to stick her head in and ask why she has been kept waiting over 45 minutes and nobody has even bothered to acknowledge she was there. The lady who was working at this location has zero customer service skills and obviously doesn’t care. The poor experience begins right at the virtual reception desk that is as cold as the storage area they call an office. Worse experience I’ve had in quite some time!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Cancelled my appointment twice and then when I went to my rescheduled appointment people were already waiting for an hour. She’s rude and blames the customers saying they have arthritis are such. Do not use this lady. The company who she does work for says she has other businesses and they are looking into if she is cancelling the work she accepted for them to do her other work. Hopefully they will cut ties with her!!

Negative experience: How is this place in business? Absolutely horrible. I checked in for my fingerprinting appointment at virtual desk. Never saw anyone untill 10 minutes later I see a lady leave building. About 5 minutes later she returns and asked if I had an appt. I said yes and she stated oh, ur appointment was canceled. I asked by who? She said they did about 3 days prior check and to check my email. I checked and it showed they canceled me a couple hrs prior at 5am not 3 days ago. She apologized and said she had things to do today like testing and I can call and reschedule for another location in valley. I was extremely upset as I took time off for work and needed the prints asap. I said I have no choice at this point then to lose my money, make a complaint and just go to surprise PD and she tells me “oh no, they are horrible!” Like she was any better. I told her I will never return as they were unprofessional. Literally leaving me in building as she shut off their lights, locked their office, walked past me and left. Next soonest appt. elsewhere was almost 1 week later at a different location but fortunately they were worth the wait and I will continue my business with aloha fingerprints. They were awesome! As for this business? Dont waste ur time or $$.

Negative experience: Terrible "business". This place sucks!! They have me an appointment reminder at 9am and then they cancelled my appointment at 11am. STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: Very convenient location if you live in Marley Park. This place is great, I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. It is truly a great alternative to going to the USPS office. They even wrap Xmas gifts!

Negative experience: My mother sent me packages two weeks ago to where I am stationed ..The lady never sent out the packages nor sent my mom tracking numbers... when my mother complained and told her she never sent tracking numbers and that there were my son’s first Christmas gifts and stockings in there, the lady responded “I hope she gets her packages after Christmas “… now she has sold her business and is not responding… All of our Christmas gifts and stockings are gone… Almost $500 worth of stuff.... I’m so sad that my first Christmas away from home is like this because of one horrible owner keeping my moms packages and tracking numbers withheld .... she probably stole it all and never sent it out because it would’ve been here already .... (it only take 5-7 days for packages to get where I am)

Negative experience: Showed up at 9am which is what time they claim they open, to ship a box before work. Me and another guy stood there till 9:15am still not open. I left because I had to work. Just lost my business. Not a reliable place sorry.

Positive experience: Friendly and helpful! They even have a cute boutique with shirts and cups and such. We have our packages delivered here and have never had any issues. They send out packages, copy and print, fax and Notary.

Negative experience: July 24th, 2017 Arrived and 9:00 am.......it's 9:50am and they're still not open. Not very reliable and makes it difficult to conduct business. This is a huge downfall off many small businesses. It's important to have consistent and reliable hours of operation. You definitely lost my future business Office Connection

Fantastic experience: The store has always been helpful and friendly. It can get busy sometimes and you may have to wait a little. I have had only positive experience and I have a mailbox there as well. Being a small business owner myself I can understand that some people have posted negative reviews. Those are likely the same people that go out to eat and complain at every place they eat. That being said, this is a great place to get your stuff done and enjoy speaking with people that care.
