Negative experience: Bad experience late response to important questions was not sitting with significant other on the airplane children were separated also rooms on the cruise ship were not adjacent or neighboring to the eight other people we went with being disabled making it all the way to the back of the ship very difficult had a four hour layover late flight out after a long week we were released from the cruise at 8 AM. Flight didn’t board till 2 o’clock overall would never use this company again. I leave real feedback so someone else doesn’t fall for the same shenanigans.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Mackenzie Krysl twice now, once for our Honeymoon and once for a vacation, and we have loved both trips! She is very patient and answers any questions that you may have. Both vacations were within our budget and included everything that we asked. All flights and transfers were included as well. It was so easy, everything was taken care of for us!! I highly recommend!
