Fantastic experience: Samantha did a fantastic job on our Australia trip. No glitches getting into our very nice hotels in 4 different cities and also all flights worked very smooth. Donna had very good local info also. We will use celebrate for all of our major trips.

Negative experience: We recently booked a trip through Donna’s travel agency, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. As the owner, I expected Donna to deliver reliable and professional service, but her communication was consistently poor. She was slow to respond to messages—if she responded at all—and the information she provided was often vague or incomplete. We were left confused and stressed multiple times, both during the booking process and throughout the trip itself, due to her lack of follow-through. The most serious issue came when we arrived at the airport and discovered that one of the seven people in our group didn’t even have a ticket. This kind of oversight is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail and care. A travel agent’s job is to simplify and enhance the travel experience, not create chaos. Sadly, Donna’s poor communication and disorganization turned what should have been a smooth and enjoyable trip into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I would not recommend this agency unless there are serious improvements in communication, reliability, and accountability.

Fantastic experience: Working with Michelle Bare will spoil you! She is easy to work with, professional and the best. She has helped us with numerous trips and every accommodation & excursion and has been the best experience. We couldn’t have made such wonderful memories without her!!!

Fantastic experience: Michelle Bare was amazing to work with. She made our travel flawless and stress free to the Big Island. We followed her recommendations for excursions and she took care of it all. The Big Island tour was amazing seeing all the waterfalls and volcanoes. The Hilton Waikoloa Village she booked for us with had everything to offer and then some. Beautiful views and sunsets. I definitely recommend Michelle. She is amazing

Fantastic experience: I have used Donna and her team for multiple trips and find them to be very helpful. When flights are cancelled or delayed, they have ALWAYS helped us find the quickest route to our destination. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
