Experiencia negativa: Please protect your money. This website is a scam. I book with them with my sister. They allowed us to book together and said we could take the trip together. Once we purchase package they said only one of us could take the trip because we’re family so I allow my sister to take the trip and she did take Advantage of her . I tried to book my trip six months later and they told me that I did not show up to the scheduled vacation. This is outrageous. They basically just robbed me of $200. No one is trying to help me get a refund nor accommodate me for another package. Please be careful with this company.

I did buy a time share and have not regretted it in any way. So i thought i would try again and this time they took my money before telling the place i wanted to go to was booked and tried putting me 40 miles from where i wanted to be in Mexico and told me to take a cab, I have been to Mexico several times and told the sale associate that cabs are not cheap and i would be spending up to 100.00 American day to go to Cabo city center. So i ask for my refund and this is where the problem started they refused several times to refund my money and i kept telling them it made me pay before i could book the dates !! With the Hotel being full i did not wish to stay else where and pay for a cab daily to go to a different resort and then pay for food and drinks there. They transferred me to an aggressive lady who told me they do not have to refund my money as this was good for up to 3 years. i aske several times for a refund from them and after 10 min of her not listening to me i finally said if you dont i will dispute the charge on my card. She agreed to refund my money and sent me an email stating i would get my refund in 24-96 hours and today i get an email from them stating 14-21 days or longer to get a refund from them. I am going to dispute this on my Credit Card . Please save your money and not use the horrible people!!

Their reps would call me and then call my husband and change their story and try to pin us against each other. They canceled our trip without even telling us.

I have been calling and sending messages for 15 days, but no one is following up on my reservation. I got a ticket for June 4, but now I don't know what to do The contact number is not available at all Now, after 15 days, they tell me that you should have made a reservation 20 days before He said that you can leave whenever you want, but now he is doing something else I can't change my flight ticket because I will lose the money.

They called me 3 days before my reservation and told me I did not qualify because I live within two hours of the location. But they do not want to refund me the money I paid. They want to offer me another trip on another date. I don't want another trip. They won't give me what I paid for and will not refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Their fine print is too fine to find on any site, their cancellation process is not available on mobiles, and lastly their customer service is literally one person. Long story short, purchased a stay in Cancun; didn't think of anything and when time came around to use it, then was told I didn't qualify, plain and simple, Fine that's ok, called to get a refund, "you no longer have the ability to get a refund", umh ok. What can I do then? Let me sell you the same package you purchased originally and charge you 200$ more. Wait, it gets better... Why if it's the same package? (Because you work in the airline industry) so where's your fine print? NOWHERE! Check BBB for their nightmarish reviews, made a complain with BBB and next step attorney general. (Happy for the ones that got it without issues).

Experiencia negativa: In July of 2020 BookVIP was offering a vacation package that, due to Covid lockdowns, it was advertising as never expiring. We decided to purchase the package with the thought that we would schedule the vacation when Covid was over and it made sense to travel again. We called them last year to attempt to schedule the vacation but they said everything was booked. We then called them this month to schedule a vacation for January of next year. It was at this time they told us that the package we purchased because it was advertised as never expiring had, in fact, expired. I even sent them screenshots of the Facebook advertisement that stated it wouldn't expire but they stated the receipt we received mentioned it expiring in 24 months. The receipt, however, only mentions 24 months in an add on package you can purchase that we did not choose to purchase and was immaterial because the package we purchased was advertised as never expiring. I even spoke with an escalation member that refused to honor the package or refund me. The only thing we were offered was to place what we paid towards a package that was now more expensive and would require more money from us or a lesser package for the same price. That's no benefit at all. I could have just as easily saved that money and bought the package now.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommended this website because I do not want to be hated for that recommendation. I booked a trip through them about 7 weeks before our vacation. However, 5 days before the vacation, we were still struggling to find out which hotel and what room our reservation was for and could not find an answer. How stressful it is! Here are some main reasons I do not recommend BOOKVIP. 1. We saw their plan online and saw "free cancellation" then called them as required after payment. Then we were told we would not get full refund if cancel the trip, part of the payment will be held by them as "credit" to use later. So basically, it's not a lie about "free cancellation". 2. For part of the plan, we were obligated to attend a presentation to get the discount. It was said and written as a "2 hour presentation". However, it was 3 hours and a half, wasted a whole half day of our vacation. The product they tried to sell on the presentation was very expensive, we were not planning to purchase right there and then, the representatives just kept asking "why do you not plan to buy now" again and again after we told them "no". 3. We purchased and paid to Bookvip and another company named "Monster" called us back with our information to operate our reservation. They could not explain why, when we called Bookvip, Bookvip staff said they didn't know "Monster" and told us not to trust them. At the end, still "Monster" operated our reservation but in the middle, we had to make 20-30 phone calls and spent hours and hours to make things clear and go through, Bookvip didn't help NOTHING! Above are the 3 main reasons that I do not recommend Bookvip without mentioning little problems such like they got the vacation dates wrong, got the room type wrong, etc. I think Bookvip could save 100 dollars on your vacation, however, the time you wasted on them really worth more than that. And if you do not pay 120% attention (like if we didn't find out they made our vacation dates wrong), they may ruin your vacation easily. By the way, their price does not include tax, so not really save that much.

After I booked and paid for the trip, the hotel called me a few days later to confirm all the details and even upgraded my room. I was able to book transpiration to and from the airport. We did have to participate in a timeshare presentation but that was made known upon booking. We stayed at the Villa del Palmar and had a great time. Will definitely use this site again!

When we called to book our dates we were told that we had to a married couple or in a long term relationship. Yes!!! Talk about discrimination. So I demanded a refund which they email me that they would refund the card on file. That was 3 months ago. I have been calling for months to get no one. When I finally reached someone they said they mailed out a check a month ago to my address. Well guess what....no check. They are a fraud!! I will be taking legal action and contacting the bbb. Experiencia fantástica: Let me just say it was very easy booking online with Vacation VIP my trip. I went to Gaitlinburg Tennesse. The resort I stayed at was Westgate. The hotel room was nice. My issues with the resort was that the pool location isnt convinent. You have to go all the way downstair toward the main entrance to use the pool. I loved the fact that everything when it came to sightseeing was a simple 5 minute walk. I got to sample some whine and would have tried the moonshine but I didnt. I enjoyed the night life. I did have a issue also with the rudeness of one of the staff which I had to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was able to resolve the issue. Other than that it was a good time.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a fantastic stay in Sevierville, TN enjoying The Resort at Governor’s Crossing thanks to BookVIP. Our family enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water park, the lazy river, the kids splash pad area, the pools with water slides and multiple hot tubs. The resort had a putt putt course, a huge fire pit for roasting making s’mores, a butterfly garden where you can view butterfly releases, movie nights and a small arcade. The resort offered us multiple free tickets to some local attractions including the trampoline park across the street and The Rainforest Adventure Zoo. Our suite was perfect with 2 bedrooms and baths, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. We had plenty of space for sleeping 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and a pull out sofa. We absolutely loved the jetted tubs. Thanks to BookVIP I his adventure costs us only $500!

Villa Del Palmar Cancun is family resort so everything shuts down at 10PM. $500 Resort Credit not given due to reschedule of trip via BookVIP so read fine print. In room dining sub-par yet on site dining wonderful! We saved hundreds doing all inclusive via BookVIP.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid! Same scheme as unsold.com, which is now out of business. James Colligan seems to have run a similar scheme before under unsold.com. Unsold.com took payment for hotel vouchers, but never provided the service. They advertised heavily on Facebook and Instagram for customers to buy hotel vouchers. Shortly after, they announced that they are out of business and the vouchers cannot be honoured. Emails to customer service of bookvip.com and unsold.com remain unanswered. Still awaiting refund of two hotel vouchers, totalling EUR 511. Official complaints filed with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the FBI. This man/ company needs to be stopped! Management at BookVIP, time to act!

The main amenities are your room will be completed with a family living area, a dining area, kitchen, laundry room, there's also a jacuzzi in your own room. Your kids would be also very satisfied with the waterpark built in inside the hotel, arcade room, bowling alley, fine dining restaurants, a market place for you to shop and even a bar beside the pool and a really nice fitness center. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I escaped northern Michigan for a tropical getaway at the Villa Del Palmer in Cancun, Mexico. We went through BookVIP.com. We got a great deal on an all inclusive package. The resort was beautiful. The one bedroom suite was beautifully appointed and the service was outstanding. We will certainly use BookVIP again. The staff from the front desk, restaurants, maintenance were excellent. We had an issue with our door lock and they took care of it in minutes with a well qualified technician. They were responsive to any of our requests and gave us great information on what to do, excursions and more. The house band was incredible. The young male singer had a world class voice when we heard him sing solo and with the band. The restaurant waiters were all exceptional along with the other staff. The food was great. The resort was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the beach, swimming, water aerobics, music, dining, hot tubs, walking, the gym (which was super clean) and much more. Our excursion to Chichen Itza with guides Ricardo and Able was the best ever! When looking for a relaxing resort that is fun, clean and responsive to your needs, Villa Del Palmar is a great choice

Experiencia negativa: This company is a complete and utter fraud. They canceled a package on me and claimed that I had to upgrade my package to an all inclusive resort to keep my credits. After complaining on the phone they promised they’d give me a refund which never came. When I called back they said I forfeit my package by not selecting the all-inclusive package. I explained to them that bait-and-switch schemes are illegal and they changed their tune again, claiming that my package was now expired anyways (given the months of deflections and delays). Yet, get this — I can still use the credits to upgrade and give these crooks more for a subpar all-inclusive resort. It’s a total sham. Stay AWAY!!!

The best trip that we've had in a long time and well needed during this Pandemic. I was concerned about checking in but it took 5 mins. The staff was helpful and friendly.. Overall, that was the best Anniversary ever and we will be visiting New Orleans at least once a year.

Experiencia positiva: The best part about this place is by far the room, exceptionally nice and comfortable. The beach has been a bit disappointing there’s a lot of seagrass, but we’re told it’s because of the time of year. Staff has been hit or miss, the majority are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a couple of minor exceptions. The food has been good so far, but wait times have been a little long.

Experiencia positiva: Cibola Resort in Peoria was very nice overall, but we assigned to a villa that had a constant flood of water in the bathroom from the A/C. They never got it fixed during our stay. The package was priced cheap with the understanding that we would be required to attend a time share presentation. Problem arose when we did not buy their $15,000 package. Supervisor(who appeared to be from India) got nasty and told us that he works on commission and that we should not have come if we were not going to buy. Had to remind him that the ad said we were required to listen to the presentation, but not required to buy. He didn't like it, but did give us the gifts we were promised. Otherwise, a great 3 day getaway
