Experiencia negativa: Es una pena pagar un servicio y que en 12 horas de viaje ni siquiera se paren a comprar agua este par de mujeres son groseras y an dado un pésimo servicio y maltratan a la gente , pésimo servicio solo por este par de señoras nunca me avía pasado esto

Experiencia negativa: The bus was to pickup customers @ 2:10am in Odessa Texas, it's now 3:00am. No show, had to call cs rep to find out it's an hour away, Humberto unpleasant and very aggressive reminded me that it's not an airplane which has no traffic to contend with, also threatened to change fare to different day since I expressed concern over lack of communication and proffesionalism. I know that one customer probably won't make a difference since I will not use this service again . Yet here it is x all those who take time to gather information before making unwise decisions and choosing a poorly organized and ineffective transportation company. CSR Humberto wasn't even apologetic, but rude and indifferent towards the inconvenience and problems that arose x the 3 hour delay, thank you Tornado, keep raising prices and lowering your customer service standards.

Que vende los tickets no sabe, preguntale al chófer y así desorganizados pero atienden rápido.

La encargada no me dio el precio del boleto por teléfono y nomas me cobró y de mas, y me salio con que no los dejan preguntar la edad de los pasajeros y es por eso que no me dio descuento de mayores de edad, no supo que camión si era doble or normal y tampoco supo que asiento. No recomiendo autobuses el tornado en El Paso. Muy mala interaction de ayuda al cliente.

Experiencia fantástica: Great bus to get to Austin from here. Great options when compared with GreyPound. They're cleaner and friendly, the bus drivers seem to really care about their customers and won't leave anyone behind at scheduled stops. There is WIFI at the station and on the buses too. As long as you are not in the middle of the desert there's decent internet. Again, this company seems to value its cleanliness of its vehicles. Thanks for the comfort.

All love for Greyhound, but Tornado any day. It's my go to for the red eye to Midland. Why drive through west Texas when they can handle it.

Experiencia positiva: Inexpensive, fast and safe. The staff at the Paisano location was extremely nice. Seating needs more cushioning. The bus has two drivers. One drives half of the way and the next drivers takes over. Knowing this me feel safer. Most of the time there is only one stop for a break. It seems to be a popular company for many people coming from Mexico.

Experiencia fantástica: I just traveled from Dallas to El Paso and was a smooth trip. The drivers were very good. They made sure everyone was on board to not leave anyone behind. They gave us a good 20 minute break half way to refuel and had like 3 stops that I consider good compared to other companies. I liked that even though we had bad weather rain, and fog. The driver drove carefully and safety was first. I do recommend considering them for your next trip I had and excellent experience.

Experiencia positiva: Online Buchung schien zuerst geklappt zu haben, wir hatten auf dem Laptop die Nachricht, dass es funktioniert hat und wir eine Bestätigungs Email bekommen. Nach mehreren Stunden hatten wir noch keine Mail also kontaktiere ich das Unternehmen per Mail und auf Facebook. Dort teilten mir sie mit, dass etwas mit der Website nicht stimmt und die Buchung nicht funktioniert hat. Wir haben dann im Büro vor Ort am gleichen Tag der Abfahrt gebucht. Die Frau konnte gut Englisch und hat uns alles erklärt. Das Gepäck konnten wir im Büro lassen. Der Bus startete pünktlich und komplett voll. Nach ca 20 Minuten Fahrt gab es dann die erste 15 Minuten Pause. 2 Stunden später gab es eine kurze Kontrolle durch Grenzbeamte (Pass und ESTA). Dann folgten keine Pausen mehr, was bei 12 Stunden Fahrt sehr anstrengend war. Die Sitze waren angenehm, konnten nach hinten verstellt werden. Der Busfahrt sprach nur spanisch, was in einem englisch sprachigen Raum (Land!) blöd ist, wenn man kein spanisch spricht.

Experiencia positiva: This bus has top and bottom seating. I was on the top #1 window seat which was a little nerve wreaking being so high up and seeing the road the whole trip. I struggled getting up the steep steps to my seat. I will say that it was a cold night and a very cold ride but it was a smooth ride. Hardly any stops on my way to Ft. Worth and it stopped to drop me off 10 minutes from home. Seats are too close together.
