Experiencia fantástica: I've went here to get my background check done for work and it was pretty quick and easy. I was also there 2 weeks ago for my DL renewal. There were some printing communication issues with Pendot, but once the paperwork printed everything else went smoothly.

Experiencia negativa: I have tried calling this company for two days and never received a response back. I was on hold for well over an hour with no response. The customer service is abysmal and it is absolutely unacceptable that people are so incompetent that they cannot even pick up the phone.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service in and out almost no waiting time except for the person who cut in line, but he was an older gentleman who didn’t know any better so wasn’t a big deal. Front desk lady super nice and friendly and being a Triple AAA member they said they valued me as a customer. Took my photo waited about 5 minutes and was given my new and old updated Drivers license! Way better than the DMV!!

Experiencia negativa: The staff that work in the driver photo center on 06/03/2024 where moving so slow. The process they have in place is very inefficient. Then announce that they are going to take a break and it will be even longer. Everyone is legally entitled to a break but then have enough staff or post downtime hours like the do at CVS Pharmacy. I would like to say the rest of the staff at this site was buzzing around to make sure everyone was being taken care of and was moving people in and out as quickly as possible. They deserve a higher rating but unfortunately it was the bad experience is the one that stays with you.

Experiencia negativa: I recently purchased auto insurance with AAA through Sean Hughes. He provided me the quotes. The price was affordable compared to the market so I went with AAA. He did not mention that I have to apply for a Smart App Mobile tracking on my phone in order to receive the discount and signed me up for it (No communication). Then I got charged for $173. I tried to call him, text him and emailed him but no response back. He said he would get back to me or look into it, but it has been 2 weeks now without response. I also bought the auto insurance for my dad. Originally, I provided him the wrong VIN number and when I told him to update the new VIN number, he did not communicate that there would be a price change to the policy. (Bad communication, again) I understand that people have different priority in life but if you are working in the customer service world, should not you be more responsive and communicate better to the customer?

Experiencia negativa: Appointment for fingerprint was scheduled at 10:50 am. Didn’t get to see an agent until an hour later. They were taking multiple walk in and pushing the scheduled appointments behind. Very disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: This place was excellent at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. I arrived with my camera card ready for my Driver's license to be renewed, but anxious because I had to rush out to grab my nephew from school in 15 minutes. There were 3 people in line when I walked in, 1st was being helped at the desk. Immediately 2 employees on the sides of the room offered to help the other 2 customers ahead of me, and a 3rd employee offered to help myself. In less than 2 minutes, she took my information, camera card, and sent me over to the PennDOT camera woman who promptly processed my info, took my picture, and printed my ID. Luckily, it was the perfect time to visit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone at this facility was great and I'll return here for anything not requiring a main DMV location.

Experiencia negativa: I had been a Triple AAA member for a long time and since I moved I have decided to not continue my membership, sadly there customer service has suffered severely. Being transferred numerous times, then speaking to rude individuals who refuse to do their job and assist. Instead they rather tell you to just call another number which does not make you feel like a “member” or a paying customer at that.

Experiencia negativa: Was denied Photo License Service at 4:13 pm on a Saturday, with no existing customers present, because that specific employee decided she was done working for the day to the amaze of her other co-workers. Im a long time loyal and platinum customer of AAA, my business and family will be discontinuing all relationships after todays experience.

Experiencia negativa: AAA has gone way down in service delivery. I waited 5hrs to get a battery jump on the worst rainy day of the year. The operator sent the driver to New Jersey instead of Cheltenham, PA (really don't understand why AAA doesn't have Google maps), and know the difference between PENNSYLVANIA and NEW JERSEY. Then to add insult to injury, I was placed on hold 5x for over 20mins!!! Outrageous unacceptable service.

Thats down the street But if you need maps,make plans for a trip or get insurance or anything to do with the DMV or PennDot, get it done here. But before I go any farther, you should be a member. But if not there is a fee. Except for getting drivers license photo taken! THEY DON'T DO THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR THE REAL ID HERE!!! But if you have the camera card with that, no problem! Experiencia positiva: I have the membership but underutilized. Until one goes in person, forget all the possible services offered. I was a day late with renewing my license and had t paid the fee. I was able to get my driver's license completely renewed. I both paid for renewal on site, they generated the photo card which allowed me to also sit in the back area to take my new license picture- all in about and leave in under 25 mins. There was a fee, but discounted for members at $17. Definitely worth it for the convienance. Beats the long lines I've typically experienced at the DMV. Only times had quick DMV experiences is dependent on location, arrival time and day of the week- with camera card in hand. Either have to be there when opens and less than 5 person in line or go randomly in the middle of the week at specific locations mid morning ,after having paid the fee on time, so I have my camera card only to take new picture.

Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend this place for fingerprints. The lady refused to read the name on the foreign passport which is stated in ENGLISH! To bring a foreign passport is the official option provided by Identogo. But looks like she knows best!

Experiencia negativa: Came for a scheduled 1050 appointment for here at 1032, checked in the lady was kind, told me to have a seat, & wait to be called. No one ever called my name, people just started getting their prints done. Then I hear the agents talking LOUDLY about how this time or that time didn’t show up. When I CHECKED in. Then, another person who has an 11am appointment still managed to be called before me. I’m confused how the appointments are called. If they’re not according to the appointment times then why have appointments? This should’ve been a walk in. Now I am inconvenienced out of my day off while trying to get already paid prints done. SMH never again. Not the place for fingerprinting seems AAA, & Penndot are moving faster than this line has in the time I’ve been sitting here.

Experiencia negativa: If you're here for a car title, plate, registration transfer don't bother. They don't honor appointments and for some reason they take 1 - 1.5 hours per transaction. At the time of this review they had ONE person who could even do tags and title... I showed up on three separate days and was turned away even with a scheduled appointment. Just go down the street to Planet Auto Tags they'll get it done in 15 minutes.

Had to pay extra because I’m not a triple A member but it was much better than waiting in the lines at the DMV.
