Experiencia negativa: De dallas a monterrey el camion era de dos pisos y muy comodo, excepto porque en el asiento que me tocó no funcionaba el enchufe para cargar el teléfono ni la pantalla, de regreso me toco un autobús de un piso (no había de dos pisos) muy incómodo los asientos casi pegados uno de otro y para el viaje largo si fue muy pesado. No se si volvería a usar el servicio

Experiencia fantástica: Terminal de paso entre los países de México y EE UU en unidades Prevost y Volvo. Esta terminal funciona en cierto horario, por lo que si llegas en la madrugada no la encontrarás en funcionamiento. De aquí puedes llegar a Monterrey y Dallas, así como otros puntos intermedios.

Lo que no me gusto fue que my autobús salía en la mañana a las 10:45 y termino llegando a la 1:10 de la tarde. El bus no tiene enchufe para cargar el teléfono y están llenos de polvo los asientos. Yo solo sugiero que al menos mantengan limpios los buses y tengan enchufes ya que son viajes de 20 a 24 horas . Cómo se supone que my teléfono dure tanto tiempo sin descargarse. Atienden bien pero la calidad de los autobuses es poca.

Experiencia negativa: Compre boletos para una salida que tuve que cambiar, y al hacer el cambio le dije claramente a la tal Araceli que necesitaba 4 asientos en el frente. Estube de acuerdo con aceptar una salida mas temprano con tal de mantener mis asientos en el frente. No se si esta persona solo es incopetente o le cause tanta molestia con el cambio de mi salida que me dio los asientos asta atras, lo mas lejos posible de lo que le ha ia pedido. Lo peor es el hecho de que me dijo que habia reservado los asientos de la segunda fila y me vine a enterar que me dio los de atras el dia de la salida a minutos de tomar el bus sin poder hacer nada. No es la primera vez que me va mal en una salida con esta linea de autobuses. No lo recomiendo.

Experiencia positiva: This company had a good schedule on rides that is the main reason I picked it. However, I did not like that when I arrived to the office they told me the bus had already passed by there( it wasn’t even take off time yet) they had to call and see if it would come by. Lady at desk was not rude, she was helpful, but I was disappointed that I wouldn’t get home that day.. luckily the bus did show up an hour later. We had to get off in San Antonio because they had to do bus maintenance ( I thought it was a straight ride home with only one stop for food). The bus driver was nice and drove pretty fast and safe. If I need to take a bus again regardless these two things I didn’t like.. I’d probably go with them.. hopefully my experience is different next time.

Experiencia negativa: 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a company that will scam you. They have tickets for purchase on their website, but do not show up to the pick-up and when you call for a refund they tell you that they will not refund you. I purchased a ticket 30 minutes before the bus was picking people up in New Braunfels to Austin as the website allowed me to purchase this. The bus never came, and when I spoke to customer service they stated that it was because we scheduled the ticket 30 minutes prior to the departure time. They stated that you need to make the reservation at least two hours in advance, however, the system will allow you to purchase a ticket up until the time of the departure? This is a scam, and no one will assist in getting a refund.

Experiencia negativa: Probably the worst service I’ve ever had the displeasure of witnessing. Rude. No communication. Bud ran an hour late. Never got an email confirmation. All in all please use another company.

Experiencia fantástica: THIS is one of the BEST SERVICES that I have experienced! It outdoes Greyhound and the Mega Bus. The bus stops are short and sweet and your immediately back on the road again. Staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. There are outlets on the bus to plug in your phone charger and other items as well. At each station stop there is internet wi-fi,however there is not any wi-fi on your actual bus. My hopes are that this will change in the future.UPDATE: Well the 2floor Mega Buses DO have wi-fi access. I spoke too soon. The seats are comfortable and the buses rarely get over crowded. You can travel a number of places with this one service. I see Tornado Bus becoming the dominant form of bus travel in the future. Thanks Tornado Bus!-S.Miller

Experiencia negativa: Awful experience. 20° outside and they had the A/C on full blast! Transfer went from what was supposed to be 2 hours, to 5 hours! Driver was rude and missed exits so he had to do u-turns on the highway! Also driver made a big deal and did not want to drop us off on our destination location, which we paid extra for! Also outlets don’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone for 15 hours. They say they offer wifi, but that doesn’t work either. Definitely do not recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Experiencia negativa: No usen esta linea de autobuses. Perdieron mi maleta que contenía la ropa de mi hijo. Imagínense llegar a su destino y tener que comprar ropa para 2 semanas de estadía. Y lo peor que solo dan un crédito de $100.00 dólar cuando el contenido de toda la ropa era mucho más que eso. Esto es una burla para el cliente. Buscare otra línea de autobús.
