Experiencia fantástica: **Quinceañera Cruise - July 2024. Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Ocean Cay, Bahamas.** We had such a great time! The Marvel team were truly experts and knew what they were doing from start to finish. The booking experience was easy peasy. All emails were answered and all phone calls were answered during business hours. Marvel offers many cruise lines for their Quinceañera cruises. I personally picked a final 2 ships because of the destinations, and Arnaldo Jr. (Agent) recommended MSC with 100% confidence. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly. I flew from Chicago to Miami with only one question: are you as excited as I am to cruise? Accommodations with MSC were great. We chose an ocean balcony with a king-size bed and sofa for us, and my three children shared a room across the hall. It was inside, with a queen bed and a bunk bed above. They slept comfortably, as did we. The rooms, we felt, were a decent size for a cruise ship. Having a balcony in my room was extremely helpful for getting extra doses of vitamin D and letting in some fresh air. Sealed rooms are not as lucky. Marvel had a great itinerary set for us. Thank you to the whole team for making it so fun and smooth all week long. The quinceañeras and their fathers practiced their waltz the day before we left. The next day, the quinceañeras were picked up in a party limo at the agency, and we followed in a tour bus. Judith from Marvel gave us a history lesson and made the ride to port an edutainment experience. We stayed as a group for some things: practice, welcome party, quinceañera, culture night party, and excursions. We were free to "cruise" the rest of the time. Excursions were also not mandatory. We only did one because it was our first time on a ship, and we wanted to take advantage of it, especially when people left for their excursions and left the ship a little less full. We will definitely work with Marvel again. We have an 11-year-old daughter who's already mentioned that she wants her quinceañera to be a cruise like her big sister. Looks like we're sailing with Marvel again in 2028! We can't wait to receive our photos and videos in a couple of months to relive all the great memories made. Experiencia fantástica: We just did the quinceanera cruise for my daughter her friend and her cousin. We were in total over 40 people. Not 1 person out of the 40+ have anything negative to say. Everything was wonderful, organized the Marvel group is awsome they are always around and approachable. The girls had a great time at the parties. The family had an awsome time.... I would recomend 100%!!! What i loved most is they kept you in the loop of what was goig on and where.. very family oriented group!! i loved it!!! La guia, pesima cuyo nombre es Sol decicio por mayoria (cuando se voto>) en no ir el ultimo dia a St. Petersburg sino a Madeira Beach. Incumplimiento de itirneratio. Como los de Gallo Travel eran mas parece que ganaron en mayoria de voto y convencimiento. Otra vez, Sol es muy poco profesional como guia....caundo nos quejamos nos dijo que podiamos hacerlo en la agencia y al despedirse llegando al destino de Miami lo dijo en el altavoz y todos los demas pasajeros supieron que nosotros le habiamos reclamado por no cumplir el itinerario., La estancia en el "fantasma destino a St. Petersburg era has las 4 pm...sin embargo salimos a las 2 pm hacia Miami.... con unos pasajeros que si habian disfrutado la playa,bebido y que dentro del omnibus cantaron, bebieron, dijeron mala palabras y hasta bailaron con el bus en marcha..... Para colmo dos dias despues fuimos a la agencia a dar nuestras quejas.... Marvel Travel. Su agente, el señor Arnaldo estaba en un crucero de quinceañeras...nos atendio su sobrina y una señora que habiamos visto antes, Geno si mal no recuerdo....quedaron en llamaria para ofrecernos una disculpa y aun lo estamos esperando. Decidimos post esto para que otras personas no salgan perjudicadas como nosotras.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a our very first time booking and traveling with Marvel Travel to St. Augustine. What a pleasant surprise. My husband and I had a great time with our tour guide Alex, the bus driver Jorge and all the other passengers. Both Alex and Jorge were very attentive and helpful. We had such a good experience we are already planning another trip with Marvel Travel. Alex made sure to answer all questions; he was very knowledgeable of St. Augustine, the sites such as the Greek Orthodox Shrine and some of the best places to eat.

Experiencia negativa: Not really satisfied with the Tour guide.. she was always in a hurry, did not create friendly atmosphere and good relationship with the travelers specially with elders, did not ask them how they feel or if they were confortable. In general good, even the bus drivers was more easy going and always willing to help everyone...

Experiencia fantástica: La excursión a Pigeon Forge en Tenesse fue muy interesante e ilustrativa conociendo lugares muy con un estilo diferente al de Miami. La visita a Gatlingburg me supo a poco. Es un sitio para tener mas tiempo y ver mas de cerca las montañas. Los eventos culturales fueron con artistas muy profesionales, pero hubiese preferido que fuesen en las noches y en las mañanas visitar otros sitios para conocer mad de Pigeon Forge. En Resumen la excurdion fue estupenda. Le recomiendo esta excurcion a otras personas para que disfruten de lindo paseo. Gracias Marvel Travel.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this agency at all costs. My family with another family went for a quincenera cruise in July. I was skeptical of this company from the beginning when the lack of communication was evident! They never sent us our cruise tickets and when I called the day before, they told me that the day of the cruise for me to look for one of their agents and they would give me the tickets. I was not able to check myself in online because it was registered through the company. The day came and I found an agent and they told me they don't have that and I had to do it myself. Without any regard for the fact that I was with 13 other family members, simply put I had to figure it out! Once on the cruise, we had to keep asking for information because nothing was communicated. They are extremely disorganized, the actual quincenera celebration was a joke! All the girls just went up one by one on stage. That was the celebration! No party with the dresses on and the time changed, totally different than what they explained would be the celebration. To top it off, it's now September and we still haven't received the pictures that were taking on the cruise of the quinceneras. When we called to ask about it, nobody can answer anything! Stay very far away from this establishment. Trust me!

Experiencia fantástica: Celebrar los 15 años de mi niña con Marvel Travel fue la mejor desicion que tomamos mi familia y yo . Nuestro viaje que fue del 16 and 23 de julio fue una semana inolvidable . Mi grupo y yo estamos super contentos con la agencia y su staff en general, todos muy profesionales , atentos y divertidos . Las actividades estuvieron muy bien coordinadas , todas se realizaron a la hora programada y nos divertimo muchisimo en cada una de ellas . Mi niña se divirtio como nunca , hizo amistad con todas las quinceañeras , realmente yo senti que hubo muy buena quimica entre todo el grupo que viajo con la agencia esa semana . Por lo tanto , basado en mi experiencia mi familia y yo recomendamos Marvel Travel 100% , una experiencia unica y la mejor opcion para celebrar una fecha tan importante como esta .

Experiencia negativa: We recently celebrated our daughter’s Quinceañera on the Quinceañera cruise and sadly our experience with Marvel was not all we expected for the amount of money we paid. The company is disorganized and the Quinceañera celebration aboard the ship seemed put together at the last minute without much coordination with the cruise line. The day we were to have our Quinceañera celebration we were told that they had to change the celebration time from the schedule 6pm activity to 10:15pm. Prior to going on the cruise we went to several dance rehearsals and not one thing that was practiced was done during the celebration. Marvel failed to properly coordinate event with cruise line and they had less than half a stage for 21 Quinceañeras. I voiced my complaint to the owner who agreed that the Quinceañera celebration was not what was expected but he stated that they were not allowed to use the entire stage and were told the time when to have the activity by the cruise line . In my opinion those are details that an organized company would work out several weeks prior to boarding the ship. Attached is a photo of what is supposed to be the father daughter dance which we went to three rehearsals and they even had someone choreographing the dance which was never done because the stage was so crowded. All in all the cruise was great and our family enjoyed our vacation but the “Quinceañera” piece of our cruise was a disappointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Awwww estoy súper contenta por que mi primer viaje en autobús al Niagara Falls fue todo un éxito. Todas las personas estaban felices y disfrutamos el viaje hasta el último día. El diver/conductor Ricky fue espectacular aunque no habla español nos hizo sentir como en casa con todas sus atenciones. Manejo excelente y con mucha precaución, nos ayudó en todo lo que podo y siempre fue muy servicial. Judith nuestra guía turística siempre estuvo atenta que todo estuviera bien y nos dio un tremendo servicio. Definitivamente sigo viajando con esta compañía Marvel Travel. Fue una experiencia maravillosa

Experiencia fantástica: La excursión a Niagara’s Falls, fue todo un excito, los lugares que visitamos fueron interesantes y bellos, todo muy bien organizado. Gran parte de este éxito se debió a la actuación de nuestra guía Yudith Llanio que estuvo atenta a todas las necesidades de los viajeros y a la organización del viaje. Ella resumió en su actuación eficiencia, creatividad y afecto. Nuestro chofer Ricki, un amable caballero, que nos hizo sentir seguros durante estos inolvidables días.

Experiencia fantástica: He tenido el privilegio de viajar con Marvel Travel en varias ocaciones. Siempre hemos tenido una excelente experiencia y nuestra familia se ha sentido en todo momento querida, cuidada y respetada. Yudith “la Guia” es una súper guía, mantiene los viajes animados he instruidos en historia (que de eso también se trata conocer diferentes lugares). En esta ocasión tuvimos el placer de conocer por primera vez el viaje del FESTIVAL DEL RENACIMIENTO y les digo honestamente que nunca pensé disfrutar tanto como lo hicimos. Fue tanto lo que lo disfrutamos que mi esposo he hija terminaron el festival completamente disfrazados, pienso que sería muy buena idea repetirlo el próximo año pero TODOS DISFRAZADOS (que de eso se trata el festival)
