Experiencia fantástica: We've been going to PCB for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. We were there for the Ironman race and the location is perfect... If you're traveling purly for leisure, it's perfectly located within easy walking distance to Pier Park and offers tons of parking. Bottom line... everything about this listing is accurate and probably a bit under rated in our opinion. The host is extremely responsive and exceeded our every request.

My mom and I went for a mother daughter get away, and our stay here really made the trip. Very updated and cute for everyone! Felt safe and secure the whole time. Would 100% book here again!

Experiencia fantástica: We loved our stay at sterling beach. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. It was also very comfortable we felt relaxed sitting in the condo or going out on the beach. The beach and pool area was very quiet and peaceful, and the people who work there are really nice and helpful. The outside was clean and well taken care of. We had beach chair service and Mike was great he did a great job of making sure the umbrella was set up correctly to make it more comfortable. On the beach we had fun catching crabs and playing in the ocean, our hosts provided some beach items and we enjoyed not having to go get them. Being on the second floor was great no long waits on the elevator. The kitchen was well stocked we cooked a couple of meals there and I found everything I needed there. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this place and the vacation we had there. We will definitely be back.

My daughter in law lives in the area and has a cleaning business and said this was the nicest rental condo she has ever been in. Clean, convenient and they even let us in our room a few hours early. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Very clean. Nice condo. Nice furniture & beds were comfortable. The best part was how clean it was! Especially for a beach condo. There was only 1 small issue @ check in but it was promptly dealt with. Had a great stay. If you’re trying to find a great PCB condo- don’t pass up this one! Book it! You won’t be disappointed. Quiet condo. Not some big huge place with thousands of people crowding the pool or the beach. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grills.

The unit is perfectfully situated in tower 3 with the best access to the grand pool (the best I have seen in PCB) and the beach. Terrie and her staff are the kindest and most professional group to work with. Highly recommended!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Teri and Steve Hord at Southern Coast Vacation Management have taken great care of our property for the past two seasons. Bookings have been slow at times but they are consistent during the peak months. Teri communicates with me when something is recommended to be replaced in the condo and I am happy to say we have not experienced any rowdy or unruly guests since they have managed our property. The housekeeper, also Terry, and her husband do a fine job of keeping the place clean and welcoming. They are delightful people and work very hard to make our guests feel comfortable. Rob and Courtney also do a tremendous job of making sure we have satisfied guests and are happy owners! Thank you to each one of you.

Experiencia fantástica: We started using Southern coast Vacation Rentals to book our family vacations 2 years ago. They were so great and easy to work with and they were the best family vacations we ever had. Then 8 months ago we bought our very own property in PCB and of course asked Rob and his team to manage our property. They do not disappoint!

Experiencia negativa: We were told there might be occasional noise . 4 out of 7 days we were awoken at 8AM lasting for atleast 3 hours to a hammer drill in concrete. There are very few noises louder on a construction site. 50 men and 7-10 trucks was a mess. Sometimes we had to park across the street and walk our groceries back across 98 while the workers made themselves at home all over the property. Id have canceled my trip had I know it would be like this! All we asked for in compensation was beach chairs to no avail. Mold and failing sheetrock on the ceilings from the units above leaking in the bathroom and kitchen. When you took a hot shower you could smell the mold pouring of of the sheetrock. Can't imagine the black mold behind the sheetrock. You can see where they paint over the new mold every week. A brown nugget of material on the vanity, a pubic hair in the bed and hand wiped plates in the cupboard. Our feet turned black walking around the unit. We have stayed at Seachase atleast 6 times prior but this place has gone downhill. We nicknamed this area as "Meth"ama City. It is dirty rundown and doesn't feel safe. If I were bringing daughters I would keep a close eye on them due to the heavy concentration of day laborers working on this job not to mention the rif raf passing through on foot daily! All we wanted were some chairs on the beach to compensate us and all we were offered were the same coupons they already offered us that they get for free to get people in local attractions. Piss poor management piss poor place made for a piss poor vacation! Thanks Seachase ! Not planning to revisit this corner of Meth"ama City again! Good Riddance! The company has posted below my review and it's total lies I have pictures. I also have the emails and I threatened noone. Hammer drill 8 AM 4 days in a row. Yeah Im just a mean old customer upset about beach chairs. The condition of the place was unacceptable and I guess that's why it's going to take 2 years to complete the repairs. I can post the pictures or send them to this rental company. My review is 100% factual. It's funny they didn't deny the mold issue which had everyone in our unit coughing the entire time. Back in Atlanta no cough or breathing issues. Maybe the PCB health department should come analyze the mold problem. Im a general contractor and know well about mold inside the walls. In a place as hot and humid as Panama City there are legions of mold growing inside the walls of this unit. I have been here 6 times so I chose this place many times it's not the same. Maybe in 2 years when they complete the project it will be nice again I don't know but the area is lousy and run down. If you look at the review before mine for unit 504w you will see those people felt the same way. It's SCVR not I that is the problem. Must suck having to call people liars on Google every day because your place is dilapidated! Came out one day to stucco all over the hallway. One day the elevator stopped with the cleaners onboard and they didn't think we would get it going again. It was a mess every day somewhere. Definitely don't walk around barefooted. Glass, splinters and stucco around the property. Pool gates are in disrepair. Watched one of these wonderful craftsmen that work there drop a glass light cover and shattered infront of the elevator and saw various glass shards in front of the elevator. They want to call me a liar I can go on and on. The black mold is definitely a health issue that's the biggie! They offered the same tickets the offered on email as working with guests to resolve a problem that's a joke right? How about offering a mold remediation company a sheetrock crew a new refrigerator or just some beach chairs instead of the free ticket vouchers you recieve from local business for free. You did nothing but deny the situation and poo poo my complaints! I didn't threaten nor was I irate. I'm a real man and handled the situation with my 2 girls. Now I'm irate and you did your best to get me here! The rusty chairs on the porch and the broken deadbolt were awesome

Experiencia fantástica: We (my family & I ) have stayed at Sea Chase Condos(201W) for the last 2 years . We absolutely love it it here , the condo is roomy and has slept up to 7 of us comfortably. This is a large condo with 2 bedrooms 2 baths dinning room and living room and full size kitchen , washer and dryer dish washer etc. all the amenities with a nice TV in every room the balcony off the living room/ dinning room is very large with beach front view each bedroom has sliding doors with beach view with standing room only ! The parking is a plus on property and there’s always a place to park unlike the high rises of the area where you are fighting for a spot all week and have to walk across front beach road on a pedway etc . It is a older building but is always clean . Cannot say one thing bad about this place & Southern Coast Vacation Rental staff is always friendly informative, professional and helpful both stays !

Experiencia fantástica: I've been allowed to visit relatives at Sea Chase almost every December since I was in middle school. I'm now 34 with my own two kids and get to take them with me to have the same experience. We get away from our screens and just take it slow and relax in each other's company. I love ending the year this way. I hope in years to come it'll be me renting out and inviting my kids and grandkids to come stay.

Experiencia negativa: Ok.. first off I hated to give this a 2 star.. even considered a 1 start.. here is why.. we paid good money to stay here basically 1 week. Well the place has changed Owners and the first call was a very confusing call that was heavy on the "we're gonna honor the old owners price" .. okay.. great, but we didn't call for that.. we called to speak to the old owner as we had yet to discover the place had been sold and were only callingto confirm. We knew the old owner was thinking about selling as we are returning customers and had a nice relationship with the old owner.. anyways. We weren't calling to negotiate price when we got ahold of the new owners, but rather confirm our booking that we had made with the old owner John... all was good.. again.. acted like they were gonna honor a deal that was already in place.. then here is the kicker. We get to our room .. by the way.. check in was smooth sailing... but we get to our room and my goodness. What a mess.. sure it looked clean.. it smelled clean, but this unit was so dirty and so not worth the 1500+ dollars we spent on our room.. The pictures I have will show the mold, chipped paint, holes in ceilings.. yes ceilings.. chipped paint, cracked tiles everywhere, patio furniture looked like it was found in the trash, refrigerator door about to fall off, washer was a special monster, the master bedroom shower curtain rod was literally pushing through the wall.. etc. etc. this was terrible.. the shower/bath had next to zero water pressure the blinds in the master bedroom were broken to the point that they would not open etc. etc.... keep in mind, this is part of their sales pitch and that there is beautiful views offered throughout the bedrooms. May seem petty, but very disappointing to say the least. Just look at the pictures and with so much competition up and down Front Beach Road .. We were saddened by our stay at a place we loved to return to year after year. We paid our bill.. we didn't dispute the charges, but we sure wish the room would have met the same standards as our payment did.

Experiencia negativa: So, the view was fabulous! The condo we stayed in 702W was extremely dated, furniture needed to be replaced, serious need of a new paint job, trim work needed replacing especially around door frames. Guest bathroom has black tap on sealing, apparently from a leak. I was told 48 hours prior to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to a maintenance issue. I called the managment company and was advised that they didn't know what the problem was but it was unlivable. I called the owner and found out that she was getting divorced and needed a place to live. She told me once she spoke to me, she said we could stay because she couldn't drive for 2 weeks because she just got out of the hospital with a concussion. The stress that was put on my family was horrible. I would stay there again but would book it through Seachase directly. They also charge less! The managment company was terrible to work we with and only received an email with "sorry for your difficulties. We strive to do our best" . Bookings.com did nothing to help and never responded to my email. I've dealt with VRBO previously and they were fantastic and so was the condo in Gulf Shores. Basically, I would go to Panama City Beach again, but I will never book through Bookings.com or VACASA (the management company) I was lied to about it not being pet friendly. I have posts from other renters of this condo about their pets being there. It was a horrible experience for our last family vacation since our daughters are graduating from college and starting full time jobs. In addition to the excessive costs we spent. My advise, look else where.

Experiencia positiva: This review is for Seachase Condominium not for Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. Name was changed after my review. Nice property. Very hard owner's association to deal with. Editing this today, after receiving a response from a management company. Many of the owners are still the same and that is where the problems lies. Units need updating, but owners are not receptive to that. I see a comment below stating you only manage a portion of them so the 3am comment on an old post was a bit much when you haven't taken them all over.

Has two large sliding glass doors in living room and both bedrooms. Pet friendly without a weight limit on our dog was a huge plus for us.

Experiencia negativa: Review for unit E504. Do not rent this unit!! I've stayed at Seachase before in a different unit and loved it! (I stayed in E504 in May 2019 but editing my post now to add photos) I will stay at Seachase again but not in this unit. The manager here at Seachase is a very nice man but let me tell you about this unit - it is very outdated and rough, not to mention the floors were filthy. The floors in the living room are new but that's about the only thing updated. The TVs in the bedrooms do not not have service, so I called and the manager. He could not fix it so he said he was going to send someone. No one ever showed up. There is a VCR in the closet but not even a DVD player? VCRs - Seriously? I'm glad the Wifi works. I went to Walmart and bought a Swiffer and cleaning supplies. Didn't expect to be cleaning someone else's dirt on my vacation but again at least I love the view! It's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1!

Experiencia negativa: I called the end of September to reserve a condo for the weekend of October 5th through the 8th, 2018... was very happy with the customer service and the rates and was extremely excited about our upcoming getaway!! Only to arrive and find out that our unit had been sold (E302) and our reservation was no longer available. I believe that in the LEAST I deserved an Email, phone call (...anything really!) Informing me of this information, but nobody bothered to get in touch with me and resolve this problem. We ended up still staying at the Seachase, only going through the Sandpiper for the rental, and paying over $200 more than was quoted. But the Sandpiper did have better amenities and facilities, so our vacation was a success, no thanks to the Seachase though.... will definitely SKIP STRAIGHT TO CALLING THE SANDPIPER NEXT TIME........

Experiencia negativa: We stayed here 8 years ago and it was great. This time I was shocked on the condition of the condo. It was not clean The towel rod in the master bath was broken. The shower did not drain and when we reported it they set a bottle of liquid plumber at the door for us to take care of. The closets were full of old televisions and broken items from the condo. The only good thing I can say was the the view of the beach. I didn’t expect every thing to be perfect but I did expect it to be clean and not smell musty. I really hope they will update and clean up the condos. Master bedroom had water damage on the ceiling. The condo we stayed in was E504.

Experiencia fantástica: We are staying in E803, which we rented through VRBO and the unit was immaculate when we arrived. There's a binder with instructions for everything. Washer and dryer, stainless kitchen appliances, refrigerator with water/ice maker, dish washer, blender, toaster, keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee pot, a Starbucks espresso coffee maker, pots/pans, skillets, utensils, some plastic storage containers for leftovers, WiFi, cable tv in living room and bedrooms, open concept living area, stereo, DVD players in the bedrooms and a large Bluetooth speaker. The master bath has a walk-in closet, lots of storage, two sinks with one in the separate shower and toilet area. The master bath shower has 2 shower heads, a rainfall shower head in the ceiling and 4 body rinse heads on the right side. Bedroom #2 has 2 beds, celing fan, cable tv, DVD player, walk-in closet and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size 4 post bed, a love seat that pulls out a small bed with an ottoman, nice size dresser and a desk for your laptop. Perfect views of the gulf from every room, with glass that runs top to bottom the full length of the condo. The entire condo is tiled, nice trim and crown moulding throughout. We are here in June, so we only used the AC and it worked great. If your going to have the doors open to the balcony, you should have the AC turned off. Included 2 beach chairs with umbrella service is as easy as calling the number on the sign down by the chairs and there's plenty of room down there to bring your own chairs, umbrellas or sun shade canopy. The pool isn't so big, but when you have the gulf to swim in, who needs a pool. There's a small hose and shower at the bottom of the steps to the beach as well as up top by the pool. All in all, at 1400 sq ft, it's a great unit, clean, spacious and accommodating. We are very happy with the unit we chose and we would like to come back and stay in this unit again.

Not being able to hook up to internet was an issue as I had work related items that had to be done. The TV channel selections were scant.
