As any business needs to do, Bruce needs to verify his clients are the owners of the miles to ensure he doesn't get ripped off, or do anything against the law. Typically this is via a screenshot with the sensitive information blocked out, which is super easy to provide. Sounds to me like Quinto was trying to use someone else's account to redeem miles idk. Anyway Bruce has been a pleasure to work with. Payments are always easy, and he responds quickly (unlike some other brokers which take days/never respond) I can say confidently. that Bruce is one of the most reputable brokers out there. Experiencia negativa: Very quick to respond but I began asking g some questions about the payment being I was trying to sell my miles due to loss of employment, and told Bruce this and had asked if he could just outline the process and that if it made a difference I would be willing to part with the remainder of miles to help expedite the process like I said loss of employment have fallen to hard times. This is when he decided to revoke his offer. So I'm not sure what to think about that just thought I would share my experience.
