Experiencia negativa: Este servico es todo un fraude lo pero que eh viajado. Disen que tienen los autobuses mas sofisticados con internet y son solo para trasbordar a los Camiones viejos. Los conductores hablando con puras malas palabras y en el telefono haciendo llamadas personales. Disen que es viaje directo y van parandose en todas las ciudades a levantar pasaje. El peor viaje que hecho si pudiera no dejar ninguna Estrella lo haria.

Experiencia negativa: La peor experiencia que he tenido con Mi suegra una persono de la 3 edad que toda su vida ha viajado con auto bus pero no con esta por porquería de compañía que parece que no tiene ni dueños ni gerentes ni nada. Les comento que ya faltaba una hora y media para llegar ha su destino y ella quería bajar su mochila y el mismo chófer le dijo que no que ese mismo bus llegaba hasta dónde ella iba lo cual no paso cuando ya llevaba mucho más tiempo de camino ella le pregunto al mismo chófer y el respondió que se había confundido que el ya iba hacia otro destino totalmente diferente que para reparar el error iban a darle el boleto de regreso ha otro destino serca y Luego de allí finalmente a dónde ella iba quisimos ponernos en contacto con el manager nunca hubo respuestas. Mi suegra va regresada muchas horas sin medicina comida mala de la presión por qué de ir ha Ford wort Texas, que era su destino y estando en Dallas a una horas y media de su destino el mismo piloto le diga que no que ese va para Queretano ahora elka va tener que viajar de regreso para Dallas de Dallas otra vez para su destino si no pregunta la llevan a un lugar que no era su destino sin su consentimiento imagínese la angustia de una persona mayor puede sentir. Esa barbaridad lo que le hicieron

Experiencia negativa: Muy mal servicio, hay una señora muy déspota mi niña de 6 años viajo solamente con mi mamá y yo me subi al camión a acomodarla y la señora está me gritaba rapidito rapidito y le dije óigame no rapidito me caigo es calmadito yo no tengo la culpa que el camion vaya retrasado ya.. luego de eso le hable a mi mamá para saber cómo iban y dijo que él camión estaba descompuesto llegaron súper tarde a su destino además muy caro y muy exigentes con el equipaje pienso que por lo que cobran no deberían de ser así pésimo servicio la verdad

Experiencia negativa: primera ves viajando en estos autobuses y ya me e arrepentido aparte de quel boleto sale el doble que en otros sitios te mueven las salidas a como les plasca tenia mi salida alas 4 y media y me movieron alas 6.30 prefirieron darle la salida a otra familia , sinceramente no lo recomiendo ni de broma calidad no ase que sean buen servicio

We had to look for another way and pay way more to get them to their destination. After we told them they just said sorry but your family decided to stay there! Nonsense! Experiencia negativa: Bad experience when it comes to considering elderly. Why would you sell tickets on site and website for a 1 floor bus when you always have a 2 floor bus. Then don't consider the people who attempt to advise they need to be on the first floor. It would be nice when the sales team knowing that the bus is a 2 floor bus go out to advice the passengers of the changes and attempt to accommodate the ones who need to be on the first floor. The past rides the bus driver has been the one who sits the elderly aside and sits the other passengers first , and accommodate them yesterday it was the sales rep who had no respect and did not consider that a 70+ elderly needed to be in the first floor and sent her to the second floor.

Experiencia negativa: Omg! On July 1, 2019. We were traveling from Fort Worth to Queretaro, Mexico. Our first driver was the best. I'd give him a 5. But, the one who took over in Laredo. This guy was constantly asking for tips, freaking the people out saying customs was going to want money from them if they had large bags. Finally, my Husband had had enough and told the guy to give it a rest that he was upsetting the people.

Experiencia negativa: This is by far the Worst bus company ever!!! Please don’t ignore these bad reviews and take all the advice. You will save yourself from the worst traveling experience. We had to change buses from Fort Worth to Dallas. Then change at the border. Then change in Monterey. It would have been a 2 hr layover in Monterey but I ended up buying another ticket to another bus company. Who wants to wait for 2 hours with small children ??? On top of that they aren’t even taken me to my final destination. My nephew has to pick us up at the closest city. And then it’s another hour drive to get to where I need to be. They really need to make some serious changes to this company. Oh and non of the outlets worked to charge my phone. When you are traveling that is a must have. How are we supposed to get in contact with our loved ones. I will never use them again!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I chose my seat online when I purchased my ticket but when we started boarding, the bus driver starts telling everyone "THERE ARE NO ASSIGNED SEATS, SIT WHERE EVER U CAN". I chose a random seat I found but was asked to move by someone who had bought that assigned seat. I then went to the seat I had originally purchased and asked if I could please have my seat. The bus driver then started yelling at me to where to whole bus could hear- "are you gonna move that lady out of her seat?" I was so embarrassed and couldn't believe he would actually do that. I then told him I would choose another seat but would not be moved again. On my return trip, everything seemed alright, until I started running low on my phone battery and tried to charge it. NONE OF THE PLUGS ON THE BUS WORKED. I learned this about 30 mins into my 11 hr ride. Speaking to the back up driver which would rest in a bed in the back of the bus, they certainly knew of this issue before the bus departed but FAILED to inform passengers. IF POSSIBLE, I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0.
