Experiencia fantástica: Chciałam bardzo polecić biuro DOMA w Roselle.  Szybka, miła i efektywna obsługa. Pani Agnieszka doradzi i skrupulatnie dopilnuje każdego szczegòłu co do biletòw i wysyłek dla całej rodziny. Pani Margo zadba szybko o poprawne upoważnienia do Polski. Polecam!

Experiencia negativa: Wysłałam paczkę do mamy do Polski która miała być dostarczona w 6-8 tyg.Wysyłka kosztowała $63. Po 6 tyg od wysłania zaczęłam ją śledzić (na tracking) była w rękach osoby która dostarcza do odbiorcy w Polsce już w mamy mieście w Wałbrzychu.Przetrzymywał ją przez 2 tyg , moja mama siedziała w domu i czekała na dostawcę całymi dniami a po dostawcy ani śladu, więc zadzwoniłam do Domy w Schaumburg( tam gdzie była nadana) bardzo miła pani sprawdziła gdzie jest przesyłka i powiedziała że kilka dni wcześniej próbowano ją dostarczyć i odbiorcy nie było w domu i odesłano ją do Warszawy do głównego magazynu i że jak zapłacę $10 to ją ściągną z powrotem z Warszawy do Wałbrzycha.Zapłaciłam. Po 3 dnach się znalazła po uprzednim zadzwonieniu tego pana do mamy i upewnieniu się czy jest w domu . Dlaczego nie zrobił tego za pierwszym podejściem ( jeżeli takie było).Wreszcie dostarczył i powiedział że nie była odesłana do Warszawy była w magazynie na miejscu a za co pobrano te dodatkowe $10 już nawet nie próbowałam pytać pracowników Domy bo wiem że już nigdy przez nich nie wyślę paczki.

Experiencia fantástica: I was pleased how the lady (forgot to ask her name) was so kind and patient. Especially when we had to change a box to a smaller size and my kid was a bit loud and emotional. The office was big and great lighting, not like some agencies. Super easy and quick to get your package packed, sealed, and sent out. Definitely will be coming back with more packages to be sent out to Poland.
