Experiencia negativa: We had a very scary experience on this boat tour. My gf & I decided to do the $20 small water taxi tour. We were told the water was perfect that day for the tour. When we got on the boat, it was just us & a family; a mom, dad & 2 little girls around 3/4 years old. No safety instructions were given. The driver didn’t say a word but started going out. I was surprised because usually there’s a little safety speech during one of these tours. It started out fine, we got a little wet so we moved to the front of the boat. The waves started to get intense, way too intense to the point where i actually was afraid the boat was going to tip over. The little girls were crying, we were trying to stay calm for them. The driver didn’t say anything. I tried to tell myself since he was older he probably had a lot of experience so I shouldn’t panic, but the boat was literally completely tipped over. It was so unsafe, especially for the little girls. I started to seek out where the life jackets were because at one point I actually thought we were going to tip over. I couldn’t wait for the tour to be over. We literally went around the corner & saw the sea lions & then turned back around. He could have talked to us or stayed put until the waves calmed down but it was the same thing on the way back. I was violently ill the rest of the day because of how rough the boat was. The video attached was of my gf before it got so rough, I had to put my phone away. Worst experience we’ve had in SF.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastique un énorme merci à Charles qui nous a fait découvrir la baie de San Francisco de manière si personnalisée, si sûre, si amusante, si gentille et si professionnelle. Nous avons fait le cruise le plus long 90 minutes en famille (2 parents & 2 ados de 14 & 16 ans) hier après-midi et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix de dernière minute en nous baladant sur le Pier 39. Du début à la fin, nous nous sommes amusés grâce à Charles qui nous a, en plus, appris énormément de choses (funs ou historiques) sur San Francisco et sa baie. Et nous a emmenés dans des endroits que nous n'aurions jamais pu voir sans son bateau semi-rigide hyper rapide. Encore merci pour ce moment inoubliable. Nous recommandons vivement SFBOATRIDES. Experiencia fantástica: Rey has a great set of adventures on the bay, leaving from Pier 39. We did the 90-minute sail. It's just the perfect trip! Don't worry if you're not dressed warm enough. The crew provides blankets and jackets to keep you and your crew warm. As you may guess, you sail around the bay and around Alcatraz Island. The crew gives plenty of stories, history, and interesting facts during the cruise. Beers and wine are also served by the crew. But the best part is adventure is that you get to see the sites in a relatively private way and without having to fight for viewing space with throngs of other people. You get to experience San Francisco Bay in a relaxing way! We can't recommend this tour enough! A+++!

Experiencia fantástica: We booked this last minute as a surprise and it was such a great experience. Such a lively driver and fun way to see the Golden Gate Bridge in a whole new light. Would definitely come again to show family or friends.

Experiencia fantástica: I was browsing through here looking for things to do in San Francisco for a decent price. I stumbled across this pass where you can attend 3 attractions for only $85. IT WAS THE BEST THING I EVER DID! I went to the wax museum, San Francisco zoo, and the ferry ride to the Golden gate bridge I had an amazing time, and I had something to do every day.

Experiencia positiva: Nice scenery, bridge awesome. Certain areas have a lot to see. Two Norwegian cruise ships were in. Everyone having lot of fun during their stop. Well kept up areas. Only downfall if you were driving was finding even semi affordable parking.

And holy sh*t there's kickass dancing too, very unexpected after such fine dancing and getting drunk on spendy drinks & good champagne. Verryyyyyy satisfied wifey and customer overall. Experiencia fantástica: We took the sunset Wine Therapy tour and it was amazing. Such a thrill to be under the Golden Gate with a glass of Napa Valley cabernet, watching the sunset on the pacific ocean. Something everyone should try once in their life. The fellas at the booth were super courteous and knowledgeable, they even had great advice on where to get dinner after our trip!

Experiencia fantástica: We love getting out on the water when we visit SF. We took the Bay Voyager speedy boat with Captain Charles. He is a funny and knowledgeable and the boat really goes fast. Super fun.

Experiencia fantástica: This trip was so much fun!! At the booth they booked us on a great mini adventure. There were lots of tours to choose from which and the attendant helpful. We chose the Emerald lady for a beautiful ride around the bay with stunning views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Seeing the city from the water is magical. I highly recommend this booth as your first stop to pier 39.

Experiencia fantástica: Eine tolle Erfahrung, kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Eine Bootstour zur Golden Gate Bridge an Alcatraz vorbei und wieder zurück. Man hat sehr viel gesehen und konnte die schöne Meeres frische genießen. Ein Highlight war hierbei, das ich zum ersten mal in meinem Leben Delfine gesehen habe. Ich glaube jedenfalls das es Delfine waren. Ich war völlig erstaunt. Ich wusste nicht einmal das es die in San Francisco gibt. Einfach tolle Tiere und eine echt schöne Bootstour.

Experiencia fantástica: We took the evening tour on the blue and gold fleet on a chilly day and were so very happy that we did! While we didn't see any wildlife in the bay itself, we got to see the seals at the warf! The sunset was absolutely phenomenal and the captain did a wonderful job placing the boat in the locations around the bay area for the best views! We got nice and close to Alcatraz as well! Everyone was very nice and the recorded tour was informative and educational, if a bit dry.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible. We couldn't hear a thing the loud speaker was saying. We paid $99 for the family pass for 4 of us. Rode for an hour on an over crowded boat. We have ridden on other tour boats before and had an actual person presenting the tour and it wasn't as crowded. This was a total waste of money. We ended up driving out on the golden gate, went on Alcatraz and did a tour there and had a great time. Don't waste your money on this cruise.

Experiencia positiva: The cruise itself was great. However, the audio tour, while informative had terrible reception and kept cutting out...it wasn’t just mine, everyone in our group was having that problem. We walked right on and enjoyed the cruise and it was really informative.

Experiencia negativa: We waited 1,5 hour to get on the boat. On the boat we could not see anything, because it was too over crowded and everybody was standing up. We could not hear what the guide was saying, because of too many people talking and a guy listening to loud music. It could probably have been a nice trip, if there was less people on the boat, or a person that told people to sit down.

Experiencia fantástica: I did the right seeing cruise and the jet boat ride. I really liked them both. The jet boat gets closer to the Bay bridge and the Sight Seeing Cruise goes underneath the golden gate bridge. Get a city pass for great prices. You will be sure to get awesome pics.
