5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — DO. IT. We booked our Bayou Swamp Tour through text message (super easy) and even got a discount. We requested a 6-person airboat so it could just be our group, and it was perfect. Our captain was incredible. Born and raised right there on the bayou, he told us stories about growing up in those waters, how he can’t wait to bring his grandbabies out there when they’re older, and all the animals and little critters he’s basically made friends with over the years. There were moments he flew across the water full speed, so fun my cheeks hurt from smiling, and other moments he’d shut the engine off and just talk with us. We learned about the local history, the cypress trees, and the way of life that’s so deeply tied to those swamps. His thick New Orleans accent made everything feel warm and familiar, even though it was a cold day. You could just feel his love for the place. Honestly… it was everything we hoped for. We’d absolutely book again. If you’re in New Orleans, go. Seriously. DO IT.

9 months ago Experiencia negativa: Really disappointed. Booked a tour w/transportation and the only time listed was 2PM. When the bus never came we asked to be pushed to the 4PM tour to which they refused and denied refund. Do not book with them.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Tik tok was an amazing boat captain. I recommend if you want a real good tour take the smaller boat. It seems that they can go further into the swamp and you get more from the tour. Loved it.
3 years ago Experiencia positiva: This is an experience I think everybody should experience once. It is really something to see the gators in the wild. The difficulty in the boat is at these are newer boats your seats are lower, your safety bars are higher impairing your vision . We never had the intimacy of holding a baby alligator as we did in the past. We have always booked a small boat just because of this. This was our third trip and noticed the expansion made since our last trip. They built a holding pavilion with so many people tripping on the boardwalk of the building Floor due to uneven floorboards. The quantity of visitors delayed or start and our trip was cut short by 20 minutes compared to what I was quoted when I booked. Also the photo person was a bit pushy and rude

3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Our swamp tour was awesome. Our guide and airboat captain, Ronnie, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and often times hilarious!! We really, really enjoyed the tour and saw dozens of alligators and learned all kinds of interesting things about them, as well as about the brackish environment and the flora and fauna therein… it was a hot day, but the breeze and boat movement made the heat quite tolerable. Be sure to buy the transportation to and from if you are staying downtown or in French Quarter; it was well worth it as the one way trip was about 40 minutes. Would do again. A++++
4 years ago Experiencia negativa: We booked a city tour here (from moriah), but got put on the wrong tour. We showed up when and where we were supposed to (Jackson square) but no one could find us on an itinerary. They let us on the tour any way. The tour guide and staff there were amazing, but the tour was not a city tour, it was 3 cemeteries. That was fun, and we had a great time, but I wanted to see more of the city for $50 a ticket. I especially wanted the garden district and levee tour we were supposed to see. I loved our tour guide (a cute, goth lady, maybe Senca?) and our driver (Cory?). All in all, I recommend that tour for what it was, but not the company and you should confirm the tour with the guide before departing.

Ours is not one of them. We have no "for rent" sign. And we are sorry to have missed you.
We do operate in person at this location, but for assistance only, and due to the pandemic - it is not manned 24 hours a day. We hope that you can understand and that you had a fantastic time while you were in town!
