4 years ago Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional - called my wife a liar. I'll never use this service again. I would give zero stars if I could. My wife was stuck in Brazil with Covid and both my wife and her nephew tried to work with the agency to get her flight rebooked. I ended up having to buy a one way ticket home for my wife and can't get a refund for the balance of her original roundtrip ticket.

Both was very helpful give us the best advice ever and ours vacations, we always but packages with then. but I’m very thankful for our last vacation they help us to choose the best Maldives & Dubai package.
