Lisa took the time to understand each of us and coordinated an itinerary that took all of our likes and dislikes into consideration (and within the budget that we set). She made several suggestions that we never would have thought of - and they were perfect! The hotel accommodations she arranged were first-rate and the private tours were fabulous! We truly felt like VIPs the whole time... We look forward to having Lisa help us plan our next vacation!

Experiencia fantástica: Kudos to Lisa for planning our trip to Boston. She was able to meet my requests for a hotel just outside of Boston with an indoor pool at a reasonable price - quite a tall order. We stayed at the Hilton Doubletree Suites in Cambridge and it was awesome! Lisa called ahead to make sure that they had our reservation and that the pool was open, which it was. :-) Having a suite was perfect because we have 2 sons. We had plenty of room and a view of the Charles River. Lisa even gave us some restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend her services and will definitely use Bella Europa again,

She’s so thorough with how she communicates and with all her research. She know’s everything that’s going on with airlines, COVID, car rentals, hotels, and more. We felt well taken care of and she found us an affordable “all inclusive” resort where she made sure we had the best view and best service. Everything went smoothly and she has such a beautiful gift and heart for helping people have the best trips possible. I highly recommend using her!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best vacation of my life! Lisa put together a culinary tour of Italy that was phenomenal. Milan, Parma, Modena, Bologna just to name a few of the larger cities we visited. 5 course lunches, cooking classes, tours of the production of world class Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, as well as award-winning Balsamic Vinegar. It simply could not have been better!

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa planned our 2005 trip to Italy -- and to this day, the trip remains the HIGHLIGHT of our lives! From suggestions as to where to stay, tours to take, museums to visit, sites to see, Lisa helped us plan EVERYTHING we wanted to do - wine tour, pottery demonstration, watching bakers make cannoli (I salivate just thinking of that day!), and much more! Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad Lisa is back in the travel game! She helped us plan our honeymoon to Italy. Lisa takes the time to get to know her clients and really hear what they are looking for. She is diligent in creating unique travel packages that are "off the beaten path" while giving you a truly immersive dive into the culture. Our honeymoon included a private wine tasting at a small winery in Umbria region, a small group cooking lesson in someone's Ravello home, and a chocolate festival in Perugia. While staying in Orvieto, she recommended an excellent small Agritourismo to stay in. The host, Giampierre, made you feel like you were in a home away from home. After touring through the towns and taking breathtaking car rides through the Italian countryside, it was idyllic to come back to a 4 course dinner using freshly made vegetable, meat, and pasta dishes from Giampierro's garden (my mouth still waters thinking about that pasta and fresh Lemoncello). It was, hands down, the most unbelievable 2 week vacation of our lives to date. There was not one "hiccup" during our trip because of Lisa's attention to detail and excellent communication skills. We are now a family of 4 and so happy to have Lisa plan many more unique trips for us. She is a "one off" when it comes to travel expertise and will create a unique and unforgettable trip for you!
