It was one of those rare places where you can truly unwind. The spa experience alone was unforgettable—honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I regularly get massages. Every aspect of the resort, from the pools to the dining (Toro was excellent), reflected the kind of quality and thoughtfulness Valerie clearly prioritizes. She also helped us balance relaxation with just the right amount of adventure. Our early morning hike at Camelback Mountain ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The light in the desert—especially at dawn and dusk—was absolutely breathtaking. It completely changed our perspective on the Southwest and helped us understand why so many artists are drawn to the area. In Sedona, Valerie’s recommendations continued to shine. Driving into the red rock landscape was unforgettable, and everything she suggested—from the Pink Jeep tour (a big hit with our kids) to our hotel, The Wilde—was perfectly suited to our family. The location gave us easy access to hikes, restaurants, and everything we wanted to experience. What really stood out was how well she guided us on dining. Sedona has some very competitive reservations, and thanks to her recommendations, we were able to experience places like Elote Café and Mariposa—both absolutely exceptional. She also pointed us toward great spots like Mesa Grill for the views, and several other solid options that made every meal enjoyable. She also understood how to structure a trip for a family: active mornings (we hiked several trails, including Cathedral Rock—our daughter even made it to the top!), relaxing afternoons, and memorable evenings. Even the little details—like encouraging early morning outings or scenic moments—made a huge difference. One morning, we went out before sunrise and were able to see the Milky Way and shooting stars—truly magical. Beyond the logistics, Valerie gave us something more valuable: confidence. We felt like we were experiencing the very best of each location without stress, guesswork, or missed opportunities. This trip was relaxing, meaningful, and memorable in every way—and we are already talking about going back. Valerie’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. Why would someone who has been to almost 40 countries work with a travel adviser? Well, on one trip she saved us over $1000 by finding a different travel insurer than the one we had been using. Using her contacts, she can get the answers we need to virtually any travel question. If she hasn't been somewhere personally, someone in the Edgewood team will have experience with the trip. And just last month, the ice storm on the East Coast put our travel to Central America in jeopardy which would have caused us to miss cruising the Panama Canal. Anne worked with us (when her office was closed!) to solve that problem before Delta cancelled 8,000 flights including our original flight. She is detail oriented and stays on top of deadlines, special dining options on cruises (with reservation cutoffs) and all the other ways to craft a vacation that we will love. On one trip to the UK, we left an IPad on the plane at Heathrow upon arrival at 0630 in the morning. Nothing open, no lost and found and maybe someone to answer a phone after 0900. Our connecting flight left at 0800! Called Valerie's office and they managed to have Delta retrieve the iPad and get it delivered to our hotel in Dublin that SAME day. Simply the BEST.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been traveling using Edgewood for about twenty years and they are the best. To start they are great at getting the best, most convenient, and least expensive airfares. But, more important they schedule wonderful trips. They can schedule trips anywhere but the ones I treasure the most are to places that haven't been overtouristed. They do their homework on finding locations that are great for tourists but haven't been inundated with tourists so one can get close to the sights and get around without being swamped with other tourists. They also pick great hotels. The hotels are not only very high quality but very convenient. In addition, if the trip includes more than one stop, they get the most convenient transportation between stops. I travel with them at least twice a year and intend to continue that for the rest of my life. I may actually increase the number of trips since I am in the process of retiring and will have more available time. Use them--you will not regret it.

However I writing this review because I was WOWWED!!! Recently my wife and I decided on a vacation to Italy. After a brief search for a travel agent, we settled on Edgewood Travel out of Savannah Georgia. Our personal Travel Advisor was Anne Bond. Anne talked with us about our goal, our wish list if you will. She check every box and then some. We have travel quite a bit in our day, and the key to a successful trip is planning. In my opinion Anne Bond and Edgewood Travel are the best at covering your dreams! At one point while in St. Peter's Square along wife 2500 other people, my wife and I got turned around and lost our private guide. I simply called the Edgewood Travel Concier who advised us to sit tight. Moments later my phone rang and the we were speaking to the Edgewood agent on the ground in Italy. She told us she just spoke to our guide and he was coming to get us. This took twenty minutes, and we were back on schedule in another ten.

Asking us questions on what is our goal and budget and what are our preferences when going on vacation. First time we booked was for our 1 year anniversary and 2nd trip was for Disney. Beautiful hotels we stayed at. And during our trip Oriana will check in to make sure everything was going well no issues. If we ever had issues Oriana would get it handled right away. 10/10 recommend to book your travels with Oriana and I bet any of the travel advisor will be amazing. She turned us onto the most fabulous spot Nayara and now we are visiting their second resort due to how amazing our first trip with Meredith and Nayara turned out. She was available during my trip to help me with a glitch I encountered and she got it handled quickly even with the time change. I trust her to plan my trips so much that I just found out my husband reached out to her to plan a secret trip for me for my birthday. You cannot go wrong with reaching out to her to book local and out of country stays. She has sent us to Costa Rica where we went to two resorts with transport in between and is doing the same for our Panama trip with three different areas with transport and things to do along the way!

It was such an amazing time to visit cities, castles, monesteries, ruins 3/4,000 years old, the Acropolis, ruins of Ephesus, and others. A food, so many things to taste, and lots of it. Cooking classes, wine tastings, food tours. Shopping, sight seeing. Sailing the Isles of Greece. As always, everything was organized, arranged by trusted tour guides. Free days for exploring. We could not be any happier with Edgewood and specifically our Travel Advisor, Alison. Edgewood is truly a full service organization. We just returned from a trip to the Greek Islands and Malta and Alison took care of everything to include travel insurance, airfare, hotel reservations, tours, ferries between islands and even transportation to our hotels and airports. The hotels she recommended were amazing and we could not have asked for more. Edgewood uses an App called Pocket travel that contains all the details, to include documents, of your trip as well as contacts for 24 hour service, if required. The day before we were to return to the US, an airline cancelled one of our key flights and we contacted Alison and she made arrangements for new flights within the hour. Ironically they were better flights than we had previously arranged. Would definitely recommend Edgewood Travel to anyone planning future travel.
