Experiencia fantástica: Lori was very helpful in planning our Royal Caribbean Cruise. She always returned my calls in a timely fashion and answered my questions. Loti was awesome to work with. My recommendation is sign up for early arrival on the cruise , pack lightly and take your own bags off the ship before the big debarking takes place . We also suggest the drink package and a balcony room .

The other thing I like about her services is that she has your back when you are actually on the trip. While on our most recent cruise there was some new information regarding one of the excursions.
