Experiencia fantástica: Sandie was awesome helping me plan a kinda last minute honeymoon. We decided we just couldn’t do it ourselves and she helped us pick out a cruise and flights to make it unforgettable. The entire time she was easy to communicate with, very timely with her replies, and even shared some ideas about excursions to go on. We couldn’t have done it without her! We went on a Royal Caribbean cruise and swam with the pigs!

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommend Sandie at Bursch Travel a few years ago and have since not gone on a vacation without her expertise. Every itinerary she gives me is so easy to follow and it lets me really enjoy my trips without worries. We're a big Disney family and I started my journey with her by taking my parents to Disney World for the first time. We had such a great trip that I've gone back numerous times, each time at a different hotel with a different group of people and each time we've had a blast. I really don't think I could go on vacation without her.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed in this agency.When we needed them they were unavailable .Due to a storm we could not fly out and there was no response from them to assist us with other flights for International travel.We were unable to make our tour after a year of planning .
