Customer focused, cheerful, and always willing to find the best travel options. Great follow up, our emails and calls were promptly responded to, we also received a face-to-face thorough walk-thru of our itinerary weeks before leaving and again the day before. Amanda also handled our multiple transfers and took care of our private transportation to and from the resort. She recommended which tours to take and what to stay clear of. The Kore Tulum Retreat and Spa was over the top and exceeded our expectations! Everything was arranged and well planned, definitely took the stress out of traveling!
