Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer McCormack was wonderful to work with and set our family of four up for our first Disney experience with ease, a cruise, coaching us on ideal selections to optimize our vacation! Of note, Jennifer was there for us when unexpected challenges arose during our trip - weather in our home state caused return flight delays and she was able to leverage her resources to keep us informed on flight delay and cancellation risk such that we could make decisions that were best for our family. In the end, we decided to embrace the delay and stay to experience the Disney parks after our cruise. Jennifer stayed in lock step with me to find same day resort lodgings for us during the Spring Break busy season and coached us through shuttle and transfer booking. I really can't say enough positive things about Jennifer's level of service - don't hesitate to work with her!!!

I had so many questions regarding logistics traveling with a baby and toddler. She shared her expertise with years of traveling with kids to Disney. She even spent over an hour with me on the phone, sent over a list of her favorite restaurants across the Disney parks (which were spot on!), gave us pro-tips, and sent along reminders for us to book experiences. She offered to help find a better time for one of the experiences and shared helpful apps to do the same. It was an amazing learning trip for our family, and will certainly work with Jennifer again in the future!

Jennifer sent me reminders and resources that I could use when I was finally ready to read them. I had forgotten to book the airport shuttle ahead of time and was emailing and calling her the morning I was at the airport. She was so responsive and helped me figure out the process same day. I will definitely book through Jennifer again.

The Home2Suites Anaheim was really great for our budget. New and clean. Cleanest and largest hotel room I have had in years. Will totally be staying there again and the included breakfast was pretty good and convenient for us. The walk was very quiet and safe at less than 10 minutes. Felt like a less busy walk down the main Harbor strip. Highly reccomend Jennifer to our friends and family. She makes out trip that much easier each time!

I haven’t been to Disney since I was 6 so really knew nothing about planning the perfect experience. With so little time and so much information out there, I was feeling very overwhelmed. Connecting with Jennifer was seriously like finding my guardian angel. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney (and most things non-Disney as well). Working with her made me feel so prepared (which we were!) and saved me dozens of hours of work and two months of stress. All questions I had along the way were answered thoroughly and quickly. Not only did I receive the information I was looking for, but it was explained in a way that made sense with all other decisions we were making. Jennifer’s knowledge definitely saved us a lot of money as well. There were so many different add-ons that we would have opted for had we not had full knowledge of how they work and when they are actually beneficial. Not all decisions have to be made in advance either, but we wouldn’t have known that without Jennifer’s knowledge. In addition to knowing everything, Jennifer is extremely intelligent, genuine, friendly and exceptionally easy to work with. I will never plan a Disney vacation without Jennifer, but because of her, we will be going on more Disney vacations than we ever anticipated. It’s just so easy with Jennifer’s help and made the entire experience so much more worth it to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer is amazing !!! She helped us to plan a short stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort with park hopper tickets for 2 days at the end of a 3 week stay in the US. Before our stay she emailed me to let me know she was able to apply a discount as the rate had changed and she saved us about $200 !! She also booked our requested Disney dining and was able to get all the requested times and locations. That really helped to take the pressure off me trying to make the reservations we really wanted. Jennifer was also able to get us tickets to Mickeys Halloween party for the 9 August. I can highly recommend Jennifer if you want to take the stress out of booking a Disney vacation.
