Negative experience: You should record every conversation when talking with Skymed! When visiting with John on the phone while my parents were in the hospital, he assured me of everything they would cover. He then denied several of the previous verbally approved specific charges when I submitted receipts for reimbursement. Avoid this company unless you like being called a liar by their leadership.
