Fantastic experience: A few years ago I contacted a travel agent and had an abysmal experience. The agent actually made my trip difficult. Last year I had the opportunity to get in contact with Linda Dauber- smith who has restored my faith in travel agents. She has done everything for me with alacrity. Linda is smart, efficient, pleasant and just does everything. Travel agents should all emulate her. Thanks Linda

Fantastic experience: I booked my Alaska cruise with the company. They suggested to take 4 days Denali park. I did and I love thank you for the suggestion . You guys are the best I recommend you to my friends.

Fantastic experience: On a recent trip, I booked my own flight to save money, which turned out to be a disaster. The booking was made through one airline involved a shared agreement. The outbound flight, connecting from JFK to Rome, was delayed for six hours, causing us to miss all connections for the day. As a result, we were advised to stay overnight a hotel. The airline I booked with provided no assistance whatsoever, either over the phone or at their airport help desks. Our luggage was sent without us, and one suitcase was missing the entire trip. Additionally, the airline canceled our return flight because the they did not communicate with their shared airline that it was impossible for us to have made that connecting flight. I deeply regretted not using Landmark Travel to book the flight. wasted days on phone calls, shopping for clothing, and trying to reinstate our return flight. I am confident that if I had booked through Landmark Travel, they would have managed the reservation and resolved all issues for me. Nowadays, many people book their own flights, but based on my experience, I will be booking through Landmark Travel the future. Having someone to assist would have been far better than being on hold for hours with no resolution. My recommendation: book your flights through Landmark. They were instrumental in helping me get home!

Fantastic experience: We have used Landmark Travel and Susan Breckinridge for our international travels for the last 7 years. Susan works seamlessly with AMA Waterways European River Cruises, and we have been on 5 absolutely perfect cruises that she has arranged. Every detail is taken care of for us by Susan, from flights, transfers and extra time before and after our cruises in European cities, so we are relaxed and worry-free in our travels. This year, she took extra care to make my wife's lifetime dream trip to Paris was the best it could be, in intricate detail, and it worked so well, she is still smiling and happy about it being arranged so well. You will not regret using Landmark and their agents!

Fantastic experience: Susan Breckenridge has facilitated many trips for us both domestic & international over the years. Sometimes it’s for just the 2 of us up to over 20+ people coordinating every detail. Susan is very timely and sometimes has to answer the same question more than once without hesitation. She is very knowlegable, and we appreciate her expertise! She definitely goes way beyond the call of duty.

Negative experience: I was looking to book a vacation for 9 rooms and I called this place and the woman who Answered was extremely rude and had no idea about resorts in Florida. There are much better agents save your time and call other agents.

Fantastic experience: Landmark Travel has an excellent team of travel agents or should I say, experts! They were great working with 3 couples and our quirkiness! They helped guide us for a 3 day mini vacation to ATHENS prior to connecting with a larger tour in Israel. Wow, was Athens a great experience. They suggested a great hotel on the coast that was also close enough to make a day trip to see the sights (Poseidon & Acropolis). They seamlessly booked our flights and helped with transfers from the hotel. Thanks to Susan, Sharon and Katie!
