Fantastic experience: My name is Wayne and I’m the Director of Operations for a recreational/sports company. Being the person who usually self-books all of our company travel, I was truly amazed at how both cost efficient and effective working with Freedom Travel was. I usually just pick up the phone or email them where and when my staff have to go and Richard is ready to provide various solutions for my travels. In the past, I’ve had multiple different group trips booked with different travel agencies and they don’t compare to how both responsive and collaborative Freedom Travel is. I’ve had to move dates around a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and he without any hesitation accommodates me! He also books car rental reservations for us as well. Even when I’m out of town, I can email him throughout my trip with questions or changes and he responds almost immediately. Our company & myself recommend Freedom Travel for anyone looking for a stress-free experience…I personally couldn't be happier working with him and I highly recommend them 100% to friends and family. Fantastic experience: We just returned from a fab 3 week vaction in Europe! We worked with Richard Safarty, owner of Freedom Travel, for 6 months, discussing our trip. He listened to our requests and combined with his extensive travel knowledge, planned it all out --- airfares, hotels, transportation transfers, and our river cruise down the Danube. We spent a week in Belgium and Germany before embarking on the cruise. Richard selected wonderful sweet boutique hotels in Brussels and Berlin - in neighborhoods full of fun cafes and museums. Negative experience: Very disappointed. I left 2 email messages and tried many times to call. When I was finally able to get to speak to someone, the gentleman on the phone could not have been less interested in helping me plan my trip. He indicated that it would be "oh I'd say about $150 per city." to help you. Maybe if I was booking a cruise he would have been more enthusiastic...I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We've been using Richard's services for years without an issue. Even when I think I've found the best rates, Richard always seems to do better. Most recently, Richard stayed right on top of our need to cancel a "non-refundable reservation" with a London hotel, ultimately getting us a long-term credit for future travel. All done on Richard's own initiative.

Negative experience: Waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: Annie arranged the perfect family trip to Italy, with particular attention to our kids' first international travel experience. It was really helpful to have her expertise!

Fantastic experience: Rich at Freedom Travel set our group of 10 friends up for an incredible 12 day trip to Israel and Jordon. The trip was very well organized and every detail was taken care. Rich was very professional and very helpful in planning the trip and staying in touch with his ground operator in Israel Keane Tours to make sure we were well taken care of each day of our trip. We saw so many amazing sites and our guide Yarif was just so informative and made our trip very special. I would highly recommend using Rich at Freedom Travel to set up any travel plans that you have, especially in Israel!

Negative experience: A prime example of people who don’t know the first thing about customer service!!! ..and a prime example of why some businesses are small...they don’t realize that the person asking for some information may become the biggest customer!!!

Fantastic experience: Annie went above and beyond all my expectations for a recent trip to Italy. Our accommodations were top notch and the tour guides and drivers arranged for us were outstanding. I won't hesitate to use the services of Freedom Travel to arrange future travel. Thanks Annie!
