Fantastic experience: We had never worked with a travel agency before, so I didn’t know what to expect. Jan from 5 Star Travel was recommended by two good friends. We wanted to go to Washington D.C. Within two weeks of contacting Jan, she had arranged a conveniently located hotel and five tours and we were on the road. Since this was our first trip to Washington D.C., Jan arranged for a hop on and hop off tour the first day. We were able to get an overview of the city. Negative experience: If I could rate negative I would. Here is the basics. Her name is Erin. If you want a stress free destination wedding book with someone else. I can't stress it enough. I was the bride and ended up booking everything myself for 12 people. DO NOT book with 5 Star Travel in Lincoln, NE for your destination wedding or honeymoon. They are horrible! All our rooms and flights were cancelled 3 days before we left for Jamaica for our wedding (group of 12) because the travel agent didn't pay the bill even though she had our money. DON'T DO IT!!
