Odyssey Travel

Negative experience: Had made a schedule to meet with travel agent. The owner was rude and was on the phone and didn't seem to have time to help with travel plans. Seem odd that owner was having someone else look up airfare for her not herself. Just terrible experience

Fantastic experience: We went to Valerie to plan a 10-day vacation with three families and provided a specific budget and a list of places we wanted to go. Valerie met with my sister and I and helped plan a little vacation buffet with all of our wishes and included her travel wisdom. We were a little unorganized with how to pull off the trip, but Valerie provided information galore and simplified the process. Communication and service were outstanding and we were very prepared come travel day. . .everything went so so smooth and her travel tips were invaluable and added to the kids' fun. Positive experience: Well it's not so much I disliked this place, I wasn't specifically the correct customer, I don't think, I wanted to go on a cruise and I was hoping that with their help I could get a better rate but it seemed to be impossible
