The idea of planning flights/hotels/train tickets/car service, etc. was daunting, but Missy made everything so easy and smooth. She picked hotels in great areas, gave us multiple options for day trips, and answered every single annoying question I had along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Fantastic experience: We used Holly and her team to book our honeymoon and she had so many great ideas for us that worked for our budget. Her knowledge of destinations and logistics impressed me and our trip to Norway for a 9-day cruise was exceptional. Also, having a 24-hr emergency access when traveling saved us when our flight was re-routed, Holly had our back. Will be using them for our next vacation soon!

Negative experience: Would not recommend, I waited two days had not heard anything. Called back this morning and Holly asked me to remind her what it was she was doing for me exactly. she is busy i understand, still 4:57 no phone call so I called back Holly picked up the phone and seemed really irritated that I was calling again and she said to me this is a busy time of year for us so if you need something now you will need to look somewhere else. I would think being so busy at a travel agency would be a good thing.

Fantastic experience: I have used Van Bloom for years. They have saved me several times during travel / flying mishaps... I call them and they get things fixed - rerouting me without leaving me to deal directly with the airlines.. Always find great rates on flights and hotels (normally better than what I find online).
