Fantastic experience: Recently took trip to Laguna for the Pageant of the Master's. We want to thank you for a wonderful time, the itinerary, the food, the bus driver Ray was great, we felt safe and secure in his hands, and Linda, our tour guide was charming, informative, funny and kind. Positive experience: The Hubby and I recently did a 2 day tour. The trip was wonderful and Linda the Tour Guide is the best! Linda is professional ,caring and always organized and provides good information without just talking the whole time which ensures time to enjoy the scenery along the way and sit back and decompress. Also, Ray the bus driver is a very safe driver.

Fantastic experience: My first Mystery Tour with Free Spirit Vacations! What a blast! Our destination was the beautiful Lake Pleasant Brunch cruise & the Martin Auto Museum! Our guides, Kathy & April, were attentive, professional, helpful and everyone had such a great time! The food was delicious & the weather cooperated too! It was the perfect relaxing day in Phoenix!

Fantastic experience: Haley was amazing this morning. We are visiting from Arizona for a graduation at TCU. We stop in for breakfast. Our meal was great at a good value. Haley kept my ice tea full with a smile all morning long.

Fantastic experience: A great travel company.

Negative experience: I went on my first & last tour with this agency. Miscommunications & lack of attention caused us to almost miss the "limo" that was picking us up and us returning over an hour late even though we left our last location early. Dave Fish needs some additional training to remember where the participants came from and to logistically get them home in a logical manner. He literally told me that he forgot our group of 9 people were on the bus. Our last tour was 3 miles from our pickup spot in Mesa and instead he took us all the way to North Scottsdale on the way to Surprise before we could alert him. Then we had to wait on another bus to come pick us up to go back while the original bus continued. Another "kicker" was that we found out that both venues we visited did not require a tour. We could have driven up and toured them ourselves, alone.

Fantastic experience: We first learned about Free Spirit Travel's trip to the 2021 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta through our community outreach and we are really glad we did. Free Spirit did an excellent job from beginning to end and we'll be sure to book more adventures soon. We are new to Arizona so it was especially easy and stress free to have a destination in mind and have Free Spirit do all the logistical planning. A packet arrived long before we were scheduled to leave that contained all pertinent trip information. We still had to pack our own bags but we were picked up and driven to our destination. Along the way we had scheduled rest stops, a meal, and some onboard history lessons and entertainment. After a long day of travel a meal was provided. Hundreds of thousands of people attend the festival each year and it was so convenient to be driven to the Free Spirit Travel VIP tent that was steps away from transportation to the festival balloon launch area and concessions. Refreshments were also provided in the tent. The remainder of the trip was filled with visits to Old Town Santa Fe, The Balloon Museum, Old Town Albuquerque, Madrid, and other stops along the way. The Free Spirit tour representative assigned to our bus was very engaging and did his best to make each tour member feel welcome and informed. He also made it fun!
