Experiencia negativa: Beware of the luggage handler with the fiesta ball cap. He tells my wife that her bags are over weight without putting them on the scale. He then tells her "I won't charge you if you give me whatever $$$ you're comfortable with" she agrees to all this while I'm in the rest room. I told my wife "NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT" Her luggage is way below the weight limit and I wasn't gonna give him any money just because. He was trying to scam her.

And had to call them numerous of times whit them hanging up on us ,just pls consider another bus service because this one ain’t it

Experiencia negativa: Cuidado! este lugar, venden doble boleto y no llaman tu nombre para dejarte a propósito. No es recomendando.. Buy at your own risk! This place will double book your seat and then intentionally NOT call your name so as to say that you missed your bus & then not refund you and obligate the consumer to have no choice but to go on a different date. Not good for business.

Experiencia negativa: Have the dirtiest bathrooms out of all other Tornado bus stations. Very little communication to passengers about bus routes. Remember this is a very central location to many parts of the US so having more bilingual employees is very beneficial. I had better communication in Tornado stations in México than I did with the Dallas location

They kept delaying and left the station at 12:15am instead of the scheduled 6:15am because they don’t want to arrange travel to the people transiting and we’re stuck in Mexico boarder customs. Customs are unpredictable and the company either needed to disclose bus hours depend on the customs or need to keep their word and arrange something for the others. I am reporting this outrageous mistreatment to BBB We drove over an hour to the bus station and we’re stuck in Dallas for over 6 hours with 3 minors.

Experiencia fantástica: Better than Greyhound that's for sure! Affordable prices and convenient stops along routes. The bus schedule is always on the dot and in those strange times where it isn't it is due to issues beyond their control (traffic/weather). People complaining on the terminals, snacks available and restrooms... have that in mind when paying an affordable price for a bus ticket. I recommend those concerned about food to pack snacks/meals since the buses might stop to pick up passengers but will not let passengers out for a restroom break until later. (98 dollars El Paso - Dallas route)

Experiencia positiva: I used this company with my wife and two teen daughters from McAllen to Dallas and back. I saved over 100.Dollars over the National carrier. I had nothing but a positive experience both ways The agents were friendly and provided excellent service with ticketing and baggage claim. Bus arrived on time in both directions. Their station in Dallas was simple and easy to get in and out. The drivers were both professional and made us feel safe on our trip. I highly recommend this company for direct service between McAllen/Dallas route

Experiencia negativa: 1st time riding on this bus from Dallas to San Antonio. Unfortunately, bus broke down in Austin. Have to wait 40-60 min for the next bus or get on another bus and stop for 30 minutes in San Marcos. Best thing for me was to have my wife come pick me up. No mention of partial or full refund for inconvenience. Don't think I'll be riding this bus again.

The microphone/overhead they have outside should be replaced, you cannot understand a single word they are saying. they do not answer the phone. The “24 hour” line is ALWAYS busy. Was on hold for 20 minutes and I gave up.

Yo compre 3 boletos por $580 siempre no los pude usar y no me regresaron mi dinero ‍♀️Y te cuelgan cuando tienes preguntas especificas . Bought 3 tickets for $580 and I decided I didn’t want to use them and asked them nicely if I can get my money back or if can someone else from my family use the tickets they said no we are not giving u ur money back sorry and hung up …who does that ? I do not recommend at all .

Experiencia negativa: The service was horrible from the interaction with the staff to the bus being almost 2 hours late and having to resort to a different method of transportation which costs more to Houston for a flight. On top of that they didn’t refund or give any options, where I live I don’t have this service so why would I need a voucher. Customer service for this bus service is not understanding, these people just stole my money point blank.

Experiencia negativa: The Tornado bus is the worst bus line, first it arrived an hour late, then they sent the oldest bus they had and nothing worked for it, not even to be able to make the seat back, I would never use it again

Experiencia positiva: Service was friendly mostly used by the Hispanic Latino community but anyone welcome the terminal attendant Rochellio is super kool and very helpful even though I knew little Spanish. It was one of my crazy Gemini spontaneous moment to get on the bus and go to Mexico for the weekend for some good food and short vaca… why not. Yes, the bus was 30 min late, but they load luggage, passengers and within 7 minutes we were on the road. The bus clean and the seats are better than Spirit . I read other reviews, I get it people get upset for delays but planes have delays and cancellations on top of it too.

Experiencia positiva: I just went there to drop off a friend. They don't have parking so you will have to park on the road or there is one in front of the stop but I believe it belongs to the restaurant there. If you go early morning, I don't think that should be an issue but later it will be. Most of the people you find there are Hispanic but it is a very good place for the people who just speak Spanish as for sure you will find someone to talk to on your trip. I never travel with them, I like greyhounds more as they have more leg space and are cheaper. But I don't travel by Bus anymore. Having my car and flight are reasonable compared to the bus as it takes less time to travel.

Experiencia negativa: Buses RUN LATE!!! And I understand this happens, but several hours?? What ticked me off the most is that for some reason employees feel they don’t have to communicate this to passengers without having to ask, and even when I asked, the lady at the window couldn’t give me an estimated time or any details. My bus was suppose to depart Dallas TX at 10AM and it departed around 1pm. This is totally unacceptable!!! I planed to depart earlier, if I wanted to depart this late I’d have taken a much cheaper bus.

Worth to Dallas, with the intent of stealing luggage from people that are traveling farther away and who won't notice their luggage is missing until it's too late. STAY AWAY from this corrupt bus company.

They also lied about arriving at 11:45! Still waiting for a refund. What a fraude of a company! Do not recommend. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before booking with them!!

Experiencia negativa: I booked a ticket from Birmingham Al to Greenville SC for 9/6/21. I arrived at the departure destination one hours before departure time of 5:55 am. I waited til 6:20 am and called bus line.The bus was 14O miles pass my departure stop! When I called I was told that the driver was not notified of a pickup in Birmingham. I am waiting on call from customer services now!

Experiencia negativa: I bought my tickets online and get there and the rep Jorge Garcia says there's no info or tickets on file. Their online system isn't user friendly. He then gets a call and steps away but tells his coworker to assist me (very unprofessional). The driver tailgates ppl on the freeway. It's raining quite a bit but little disregard for everyones safety overall. At the border now I'm Laredo, going through Puente Juarez which is apparently the longest one to use.
