Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't normally review a Tag Agent I don't suppose, but dealing with the Sullivans is always a surprisingly good time (in addition to them being good at what they do). Both old Mr Sullivan and young Mr Sullivan are quick and witty and somehow make paying the government a fun experience. They do have all the answers to any odd questions around the tag business too.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars, I would. He was condescendingly rude to the people in line ahead of us, telling them "He doesn't do handholding.". When I got to the front of the line I handed him my insurance paperwork to get my tag renewed. He asked me for my tag number. I hadn't gotten half of it out of my mouth before he started yelling about handholding again. And then he tells me to not throw out my renewal paper in the future, which I hadn't done in the first place. He was ranting about " non contributors.". I came to get a tag renewed. Looking up the VIN for the tag number is doable in his system. If you don't want political ranting, poor customer service, or to be unnecessarily chastised take your business to any other tag agency, which my family will do in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Had the displeasure of calling this morning and apparently getting the owner. I was talked a liberal after calling for asking what documents I needed. Then had to listen to him rant about people having and getting checks for money they never earned etc. this man is a complete joke! Avoid avoid.

She is disabled and I was trying to call to make sure she had all the paperwork she needed to get her driver's license renewal, but they never answered for 2 days. So I went there to make sure we had everything needed before I got her out, to take her picture for her license, etc... since it's cold out...Brad commented, " why didn't she come, are you keeping her chained up or something?" I was nice though and said, "You know that she is handicapped and I won't make her get out until necessary!" WOW !!! NOT NICE little man!!! Doesn't surprise me these days though, nobody wants to be nice or helpful anymore, this is how they are all brought up these damned days!

Experiencia negativa: This place was a disappointment. Yes they might get you in/out quick but they overcharged and not all Tag Agencies are the same. I originally got my information from another tag agency and even picked up forms that were needed to transfer a vehicle in my daughters name. When I was able to meet my daughter for the transfer we showed up with the necessary forms and insurance paperwork. This tag agency told me that whatever I was told was incorrect. Then proceeded to tell me we could get another form filled out so my daughter wouldn't have to come back with me. I think it was some sort of Bill of Sale and it was a $5.00 notary. Because he said he is in the business to make money so I might as well get something done while I was there. That comment didn't sit well with me but I let it slide. I come back the following week to complete the transaction, was told that I needed to have a couple more forms notarized for tag transfers and whatnot. It adds up fast by the way. Transfer was going to my daughter and her boyfriend, but I guess here I wasn't allowed to add him to the title. I had to drop his name even though his name is on the insurance. Otherwise they would charge taxes. He spent more time talking about this and that how I was misinformed. At this point I just wanted to leave and be done with this. Made it out to my car and review my receipt. Noticed he charged me AGAIN for the notary I paid for in cash the previous week. At this point he had a line and I didn't want to go back in for my refund because I didn't want to hear anymore excuses. If you have the time I would use another agency. Or bring back the lady that USED to run the place. She was amazing and very professional. Good Luck.

On my social security card and my marriage license I have two last names he refuses to give me a new ID with both last names when social security office were the ones that sent me there. He acted like I was breaking a law or something. Smh. This world has really come to this. It's ridiculous never go here if you are any other race than white

Experiencia negativa: I have NEVER written a bad review but I am beyond frustrated with this place. Save yourself the trouble and just make an appointment at a reputable agency. This place got me so hopeful, only to completely disappoint me. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, should be their slogan. I called ahead today, to ask if they would be able to get me in for a new DL (All I needed was to get my married name on my license for a new job I’m starting.) They said if I was there before 4, they could do it, no problem. I drove almost an hour and was there at 3:30. When I got to the counter, they told me they could only help me if I was up for renewal, otherwise I’d have to make an appointment. That was NEVER mentioned when I called and specifically asked before driving all that way. He said he just assumed I was up for renewal when I called, even though he never thought to ask before giving me the . Also, there was not 1 other customer in the store when I walked out, so there was NO reason they couldn’t have realized it was their mistake that made me drive all the way there and go ahead and help me. And it’s the kind of place that chuckles at your frustration while taking zero accountability for their mistake. At least they’ve got jokes.

I drove by the location once without realizing it, so it is a little tucked away (it looks like an older house). They also accept credit cards as payment for a small fee, which was so nice.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went with my mom to get her sticker for her tag. This is when the owner didn’t have employees at the time and he was handling the place. We provided him with our insurance and her driver license. He then ask for our tag number. My mom told him she has never had to give her License Plate number when renewing. At the time she didn’t even know the number. He was very rude and unprofessional. He then proceeds to throws her the paper work and tells her she can go some where else. I never had an issue before but I do not recommend going when he is there. I definitely have not gone back and don’t plan to. I love the ladies at Classen tag agency. We went there after this incident happened, and they were able to give us what we needed within 10 min even without our license plate number.

I spoke with Brad Sullivan (owner) and he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and offering advice. It is really tough to get a renewal anywhere right now and most places (this one included) require booking an appointment ahead of time. He was even kind enough recommend a couple of additional agencies I could try to do a walk-in with. I didn't find him rude at all- just a very direct and to-the-point kind of guy.

Experiencia negativa: Don't go here. Don't reward this kind of person with your money. The owner of this place is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I had a small issue getting my tag renewed due to my new insurance needing to fax them a paper. I got the issue resolved I left but without enough time to go back to the tag agency before they closed. I called to tell them that my insurance faxed over the document and politely asked if they could set the paper aside until tomorrow morning. The owner acted like this was just the most unreasonable request in the entire world. Then immediately started interrogating me with strange questions like "Do you work!? Where do you work!? Can I go there and bother you at work like you're doing to me!?" I calmly told him that if he didn't want to hold on to one sheet of paper for half a day that I was just going to a different tag agency. Then he he hung up on me. You rarely see someone act like such a spoiled child. How small of a man do you have to be to try and abuse the tiny amount of power that comes with owning a tag agency?

I usually just blow off BAD Customer Service and don't go back, but this was twice now on two separate occasions and two different people. My husband WARNED me not to go there because they were so rude and unhelpful to him and he had to go elsewhere to get his stuff done! I decided to give them a try and I had the exact same experience. I had already made calls to verified what I needed to do with the tax commission before showing up and then they tell me it can't be done, and give me a total run around. Then I call the tax commission back and they advised me of the same instructions and possibly go to a different agency. Difiently the last time I'll ever send anyone there, completely uncalled for a total waste of my time!!!
