I got the number a day later and the NIN was validated by midnight Thursday automatically without me paying any extra money. I was able to start my passport renewal and get an appointment Thursday morning. So it took just 2 days from not knowing what NIN was to having a passport appointment. This place has been a blessing.

Well I and my husband have had an very bad experience with this Nigerian Passport Company Named "Accondu Consulting" They don't appreciate their customers but they appreciate getting your money. Once you have paid for the services it is like they don't care about the completion of the services that is suppose to be rendered. My husband and I paid over $900 for Passport Services, NIN Services and to Travel to Atlanta through their Transporting Services. My husband needed their assistance with his Passport because he never received it and requested their help since we had already paid them over $900. But they refuse to help us because now they have received their money. The Owner was very rude to my husband talking down to him. The Owner is very proud, rude and very disrespectful to his customers. The Owner loves Money too much but he doesn't care rather you received your Passport and other Documents or not. My Fellow Nigerians don't use this "Accondu Consulting" Services again. This man shouted on my husband on several occasions. Is this how a Business Owner is suppose to treat his customers? I don't think so. My fellow Nigerians this isn't Nigeria where other Nigerians can miss treat the other ones. This Business Owner doesn't have common courtesy or respect for the people that are paying money for his services.

I traveled from Dallas to New York to renew my passport, on getting, I was informed by the Nigerian consulate that the NIN issue to me is not valid . Custom service trash. They speak to you like they are doing you a favor for service that you are literally paying for. Poor communication to customers. How can a company (Accondu consulting)that was contracted by Nigerian government enroll people for NIN service without validating the numbers. Trapped in New York and calling this damn company, and they refused to pick up. Using their service is at your own risk...

Experiencia negativa: Since March that I visited and registered for NIN, I never got my NIN number from Accondu. I had to visit Midland where some other agency came for the NIN registration exercise. That was where I rechecked and got my NIN instantly! My consistent calls to Accondu Consulting was futile as I was always told to check back. Someone asked for recommendation and I couldn't mention Accondu. You people can do better.

In my frazzled state, I misplaced important document in their office, and they promptly mailed it back to me. Seriously, I find it hard to believe. These people serve as a gentle reminder that, despite how unpleasant dealing with Nigeria and everything Naija-related might be, there can still be some kindness and effectiveness in the country.

Experiencia negativa: I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I genuinely don't know why everything concerning Nigeria/Nigerians has to be a hassle and substandard. The only reason why it's a one star is because there's no rating lower than 1. I went in on the 30th of May for my NIN and till this day which is well over 2 months, I still haven't heard anythign back from them. I tried to reach out on numerous occasions and my messages weren't responded to. I tried calling but that's a dead end because they never pick up. I literally just paid for a service that was never provided to me. The lack of communication is the most upsetting part of it all. I needed to renew my passport which is why I went to get my NIN done and now look at the mess I'm in all because you people refuse to prioritize anything. I'm having to reach out to people in Nigeria to see how I can get the NIN done. I'm writing this review to just say, usetheir service at your own risk. My experience was absurd and very mediocre to say the least and the fact that it will probably take me leaving this review to actually hear back from them. Outright shameful!
