Experiencia negativa: My last agent Bianca, is not here any more. She was never responsive to email or calls. Came yesterday to add more coverage to my policies and saw Olivia. She had no idea if the additional coverage I needed and had to bring in a Coworker ( Jaylen) to show her how to add the additional coverage to the 2 home renewal policies. I'm the store now with noone else in the store except employees. The front desk told me they were all on extended calls and asked if I wanted to come back. ( I do not,want to pay my policies in full for the year) and no one here to accept my payment if 3 k. Unbelievable that all agents would be on an extended call at same time. The manager Scott was not in today,I hope he will correct and make a call rotation for agents. I understand the agents are commission paid as well. I do not want ( Olivia) as my new agent.
Experiencia negativa: The worst insurance company to do business with they charge you car insurance but when you have a accident they don't pay the only total your vehicle out this is a scam company

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for an international driving permit and I received the best service! The lady in the front was super helpful and made the process smooth! I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I brought in the filled application and They provided me with the passport pictures for 15 dollars and gave me the permit on the spot for 20 dollars.
Experiencia negativa: Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with on an insurance claim. They make you do all the work when they are the ones at fault. They also never answer their phone calls, I have to leave a voicemail message almost every time. How can i get my situation solved when the company at fault isn't even willing to put in effort to help?
Experiencia negativa: Called on a Friday and was told I would get a call back on Monday. Monday went by no call. I called back on Tuesday and was told I would get a call back asap. Never got it so I called back again and left message with a very nasty lady that evidently doesn’t care about how she speaks with customers. Finally a lady called me on Wednesday but I told her I had handled my business in a different way. I don’t mind telling you I was a little upset to say the least. I’ll never call that office again. Since I’m the customer I believe I deserve better service and that office doesn’t have it.
Experiencia fantástica: AAA Dallas Insurance and Member Services Today I had to do something very important and it was at AAA Dallas. I needed to get an "International Driver's Permit". First I didn't even know a place like this existed to provide this type of service. I found their information online and I was able to watch a YouTube video of someone talking about their service. My big thanks goes to my on site staff person ⭐⭐ "Mary"⭐⭐. She basically walked me through the process. It was very simple, very easy and the cost was very reasonable. You can take the pictures needed on site. I would definitely call ahead just to make sure everything is operational and good to go. This type of place turns out to be a blessing to a lot of people. Also having good staff members that know what they're doing like (Mary) makes this so much more easy. Thank Thank Thank
Experiencia fantástica: They're nice enough when you can get them, but no one answers! A couple days later the acting manager called me and explained they were in between managers, apologized, and completely corrected the situation! Restored my faith in AAA!

Experiencia negativa: Free notary for members, but even though they have other employees in the store, they refuse to allow one of them to serve as a witness on a document. Called multiple UPS stores, and none seem to have a problem providing withesses through other store employees.
Experiencia negativa: I've emailed, I've called, I've left voicemails I'm just trying to get my car fixed communication is the easiest thing to do but now I have to waste money on a lawyer just to get my car fixed I tried getting a check issued to my finance company name and my name still no check found a collision shop since it was a problem email the adjuster over a weeks collision center information still nothing
Experiencia negativa: Very very very bad customer service. Like the other reviewers wrote, don't waste your time and money here. The underwriting department sends out letters and then disappear. Go with better companies like Allstate or State Farm.

He made me waste 13 minutes between offer less than with computer correction offer me more expensive policy!! Offer less or don’t waste AAA reputation on such low and awful marketing tactics !

Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if it was an option, I have been told by aaa numerous times that they will have a tow driver to me in under an hour. that was starting at 5pm. it is now 10:30 and im still waiting. I talked to a supervisor 2 hours ago and he told me he personally has a driver to send and will be there in an hour, 2 hours later nobody is here and I have received 0 calls. the people I talk to on the phone have had me on hold for over 30 minutes at a time and have zero communication skills. I literally have to tow my car 8 minutes down the road and signing up for aaa was a total waste of money. NEVER USE AAA OF DALLAS, USE A PRIVATE TOW COMPANY INSTEAD!! THIS IS A JOKE!!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed a tow and was able to get a membership and tow on the same day. I've been a member for years. Fell down on finances and passed up their many offers for renewal. Really needed a reliable trustworthy tow. They had great options when I really really needed them.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful stuff and gave me things I need to pick so I was in and out .They offer great service for your membership and has good value to get you back in the road when your car suddenly dies and guys was helpful to tow my car to the shop and made me feel better and put things at ease !

Experiencia negativa: The insurance rates were cheap until I accidentally backed into somebody's car and now my yearly bill is 400 dollars more for small damage to the bumper... I don't like this location or triple A insurance company as a whole. They got some of my contact information wrong and I had to double check with them again to be sure they got it correct.. They send me tons of junk mail for life insurance and try to get me to add another person to my policy..... Think about the trees being wasted to print out this junk mail! Then I'm forced to get the triple A membership or my insurance policy (that I already purchased for the year and thought my payment covered the membership as well but it doesn't and they won't honor my car insurance policy without the membership payment and no refund for the 1700 dollars that I already paid. ). What a dirty trick along with the rate hike! I can get a printed receipt for my policy but they can't print up proof of insurance for both of my vehicles?! I was told to come back tomorrow. Yeah sure, I live about a 60 mile round trip away! I asked for proof of insurance cards to be mailed to me and they never did. Called customer service and it took nearly two weeks to receive..
Experiencia negativa: Was looking for Insurance Depot in the Dallas area to get car insurance. One week my phone gave me the the information. The next week it would not. I wanted to use Insurance Depot because that was the last insurance company that I used from 1996-2000. Because of my Age and my past driving history, Insurance Depot gave me a Discount on my full coverage insurance.

Whatever one considers bad business practice, there it is. The owner only responds to good reviews which also tells me that they've had poor customer service training and it's showing all thru the office. Frank
Experiencia negativa: Worst experience in a AAA office in my life. Called several times to talk to someone before going to office. Nobody would answer the phone. I ended up paying almost 2x the price for an international driver's license because they needed passport photos . I could have brought the photos if someone would have answered the phone and told me what I needed before I left the house. Person behind the counter had a " I could care less attitude". AAA use to be a professional business. Not anymore. ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place was very helpful. Sometimes team is a little slow to start but they could see I was struggling with my two toddlers and they really problem solved what we needed and got us finished in a reasonable time frame. They have most things you will need from an AAA. Conveniently located.

Experiencia negativa: I switched to AAA Texas because I saw they were rated high in some polls and my boss recommended them as well. My agent is very helpful and he hooked it up with some discounts that saved me some money. With that being said, I filed a claim with them last month because someone hit my car who happened to also be a AAA Texas insurance holder. While I was with Geico, all i had to do was go to a repair shop drop my car off, pick up a rental, and everything was paid for and hassle free. Not the case with AAA Texas. Long story short, I paid out of pocket and they're dragging their feet to pay me back. The claims adjustor (Kayla Rushing) out of the DFW area has been little to no help. She won't return phone calls or emails. It wasn't until I called her manager that I got an email response. Save yourself the trouble. Go with another insurance provider. I'm switching back to Geico first chance I get.

Whether I've locked my keys in the trunk in the rain, needed a jump start or run out of gas on the top of an airport parking garage or in its bowels downtown. Timely dependable service like no other. I will never be without a membership!

I called for a tow they sent me a guy to jump off my car that was not the problem so had to call back for a tow again waited a total of five hours. i get a letter saying I used up my tows for the year the one day counting for two. I can not get a person to respond to my letters. Horrible service but they sent me a renewal notice ha! AS IF!

People in Texas may not be too familiar with them, but I believe it's better than other insurance companies, especially, in Dallas. Before you become a member and receive quotes, they treat you well. HOWEVER, once you pay and they receive your money (for COMMISSION), they totally ignore you AND don't follow up, either. I'm speaking from personal experience and this has happened on more than one occasion. If you ever try to get a hold of them OR their supervisor, they NEVER ANSWER OR RETURN A PHONE CALL. ANOTHER THING, my home address on file is incorrect and the least they could do was clarify, to ensure that I'd receive it in an orderly as well as timely manner. HOWEVER, I was just informed by the 1-800 number today and I shouldn't have to go through all of this trouble myself. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INTOLERABLE. If you do decide to use AAA, then look elsewhere to ANOTHER AGENT AND MANAGER.
