Experiencia fantástica: Great, staff members are polite.
Experiencia positiva: Once the "you all gotsto goes ober dare girl" with da attitude was done giving us the hand sweep dismissal we were capable of being helped by the young woman who was a true example of what a customer service person truly is. The experience was top notch and personal and we were left with that warm and fuzzy feeling that one rarely encounters in these past covid travel times.

Experiencia negativa: My experience wasn't really good. They charged me for the internet on one plane and then I had to pay on the second plane. If I wanted internet I had to contact them regarding my arrival in Philadelphia. It was just horrific. On my return the counter person was nasty and did not take care of my TSA properly so had to go back down and get it taken care of. Service was bad.
Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at Southwest Airlines. Check in is a nightmare. Nowhere to check in my service dogs. Southwest employees are the rudest I’ve ever seen. This airline has really gone downhill. TSA had a problem with my checked bag and they didn’t tell me until after boarding started.
Experiencia positiva: This review is more so about Southwest Philadelphia terminal than the airline itself. I am from Philadelphia want to raise however I have been living in Atlanta for the past 16 years. Recently I went home for a funeral and on the way back home I had to encounter Southwest ticket gate. I checked my bag in as usual and ask for handicap assistance. The gate agent at check-in was just blah. I don't even think she gave me eye contact. I remember standing in the line and her saying next but I really don't remember eye contact. She just went through the motions didn't look up and eventually called another agent from handicap to come get me. I know it's hard working with the public but I really believe that it could have been better. I don't know if that's just a Philly type attitude to have and it's normal to them but to anyone else outside of Philadelphia it's not normal. I recognize it because I used to be that person. Until I moved away from home I didn't realize that our disposition comes off as rude even when you don't intend to be rude it just comes off that way. The wheelchair agent who came and got me was actually very nice and engaging. It was totally different. However it changed again once I got to the gate. There is no one there to answer the questions at the actual gate until the plane comes in. The plane was late. Late due to the weather. The passengers really didn't care that it was because of the weather they just ganged up on the agent as soon as he appeared. And he was snapping them up right and left. I don't know I felt bad for him but I feel like in some situations maybe Southwest need to add more agents at a gate.
Experiencia negativa: WheelChairs Asst didn't want to help me with my MEDICAL DME AND HANDI WAIVER@EXTRA BAGS(Especially since I explained how SWair Lost them in CheckIN x2) young female&team complaining about never seen someone NEEDing or Being assigned TWO ppl/assistance for"THEIR SAFETY"as stated by SWair SuperVisor! Young female stated going to make complaint about agent getting supervisor...she even had a negative comment when I wanted to take MY walkerAND MED bags into RESTroom!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrific experience picking up an unaccompanied minor in Philadelphia. Nobody staffed at the ticketing counter, had airport assistance page an attendant three times and waited over an hour, with no response. Have flown Southwest almost exclusively, and have always experienced great customer service. Absolutely abysmal and I’ll now question ever booking with them again.

Experiencia positiva: The people were very friendly. I'm handicapped and needed the bulkhead seat that was open and they wouldn't give it to me. I have a great deal of trouble sitting for extended periods and I'm not allowed to sit in an exit row. Other than that, things were good. We're taking off soon, so I'll see how the flight goes.
Experiencia positiva: Staff is friendly for the most part but sometimes you run into a disgruntled employee here and there...I guess that's just how it goes. I definitely appreciate the efficiency of their service and that is the most important aspect of an airline so way to go Southwest.
