Experiencia fantástica: Working with Darcy at Cruise Land & Sea, was nothing short of amazing. She was courteous and accommodating when planning my recent trip to Costa Rica back in July with my mom. When I first contacted her, we knew we wanted to do white water rafting but that was it. Darcy quickly suggested an itinerary of equal parts adventure and equal parts relaxation. We had a full day adventure every other day of our trip that included ATV riding, Horseback Riding, Waterfall Repelling, Zip-lining, White Water Rafting and a trip to the National Manuel Antonio Park where we got to see a plethora of animals ranging from sloths to bats to monkeys with babies on their backs. During our trip, Darcy was available to help when the hotel had a mix up with our hotel reservations and immediately got on the phone to clear it up. She was also available to remind me of the times our tour guides were to pick us up when I accidentally mixed up the times.
