Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during a recent phone call with this business. The person who answered was immediately rude, dismissive, and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. Instead of listening or trying to help, they were short, impatient, and clearly uninterested in providing basic customer service. Even more concerning were comments and undertones during the conversation that felt racially charged and discriminatory. Whether intentional or not, the way I was spoken to made me feel judged and unwelcome. No customer should ever have to question whether they are being treated differently because of their background. When I attempted to address the issue and asked to speak with someone in charge, I was denied the opportunity. Refusing to escalate the matter shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. Respect should be the bare minimum in any business interaction. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage management to review how customers are being treated and provide proper training immediately.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very upsetting experience with this business over the phone. The person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the call. Instead of answering my questions respectfully, they spoke to me in a condescending tone. What was most disturbing were comments that came across as racially insensitive and discriminatory. No one should ever feel judged or treated differently because of who they are. It was deeply uncomfortable. When I asked to speak with a manager to address the situation, I was flat-out denied. Refusing to let a customer escalate a concern only made the situation worse and shows a serious lack of accountability. Customer service should be respectful and professional at minimum. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I hope the business takes this seriously and makes meaningful changes.

Experiencia negativa: Hands down the worst travel agency we have ever used. Jerry was not pleasant to work with from the first call. Unfortunately we had a gift card that forced us to continue to book through them. There was no communication. When I called with questions he was overly annoyed. I never got a single before your trip expectation email or call and not a follow up!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! We have used other agents that go above and beyond to make sure you know what to expect. What you may want to experience on the trip. Not here will you get that!!!

Experiencia fantástica: On Valentine's Day in 2010 I went to Kauaii, Hawaii with the awsome help of Suzi Davis Travel. They took care of everything the flights, rental car, hotel and activities. Had the greatest 9 days ever!

Experiencia negativa: Worst service I’ve ever received. We are still waiting over 100 days later for our refund. The agent, Jerry Price is blaming it on Funjet, but no one is willing to work to figure it out. It’s amazing how it takes 2 seconds to take your money, but takes forever to get a refund, despite having travel insurance. This is after the agent failed to even notify us that they had canceled us, as the resort closed. He did offer us our plane ticket to Antigua despite that...I guess people enjoy going on vacation to be homeless?!

Experiencia fantástica: First off I had this awesome travel agent she help me plan my wedding to the T. We were wanting a destination wedding. She helped us pick out the best place within the budget that we were wanting. We ended up picking Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa in Mexico. Every time I would write her a email she would get back to me promptly even if she was out of town or on a business trip. And because of her I had a beautiful destination wedding, so if you are looking for a travel agent and wanting to book a destination wedding I highly recommend you to choose direct travel and ask for Chyrstal Meadows.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Barbi Mauri with Suzi Davis/Direct Travel and she was ABSOLUTELY great! We were provided two books full of details and options. We ultimately decided on the Dominican Republic for our anniversary trip! It was the best vacation!!! It was very smooth, worry free....everything was done for us. STRESS-FREE VACATION. We could not have asked for more. We were treated like King and Queens!

Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank Crystal for helping us plan our vacation to Jamaica. You made things go so much smoother. And especially recommending the Fastpass. We will definitely Book our next vacation through you . And again thank you for helping us. , after coming home from our experience in Jamaica . Due to a flood and a few other things I appreciate you helping us trying to get some type of credit. You were very helpful and friendly. I definitely will recommend you and have. Looking forward to planning our next vacation :)

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I worked with Suzi Davis Travel to book our June 2016 honeymoon to Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. Our travel agent, Chyrstal, was able to get us great rates on our airfare, our rental car, our hotel in Canada and a hotel by the St. Louis airport the night before our flight out. She also prepared us for flying internationally. Working with Chyrstal saved us a lot of time and money in planning our trip.

Experiencia fantástica: We traveled to D.C. in a large group, a lot of kids, and Suzi Davis Travel did a great job setting up our trip and getting us there and back along with helping us with a great payment plan. We were able to get to our destination and back in a way that was perfect with our schedule. No complaints on our end.

Experiencia negativa: The service is not what you pay for. Me and my wife took a trip to Florida a couple of years ago. They told us that transportation was paid for. It wasn't. They have the worst customer service.
