Experiencia negativa: I have never had such a horrible experience with a travel agent - actually no experience. Chelsea would not answer emails, voice mails or texts. We booked a trip with my sister and BIL for Spain. I will say that Chelsea did converse with my sister and booked our travel. After that, my sister has to show up at her office. She cancelled the last appointment my scheduled with her which was 5 days before we were leaving in the trip. Very concerning when you are traveling internationally. Again, absolutely no contact with me or my husband. I've waited a month to post just so I wouldn't totally berate her. I had to give a one to leave a review, however, I give her a zero which is exactly what she gave me!!

I've been working with her for over a year planning a "trip of a lifetime" for my daughter's college graduation gift. She exceeded my expectations when it came to planning everything out, especially when it came to the small details. She went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect for us. Sure, we had some issues that came up, but she handled everything with grace and poise. Going at this alone, I would have been one gigantic puddle of stress. She took that burden away from me and gave us the best experience we could have hoped for. I would recommend her services to anyone wanting/needing to travel. She's the best!
