I’m traveling to SE Asia. The American Airlines employee smiled and said “wow you are really prepared.” She related some sad stories of upset people who did not have guidance, missed their flights and blamed everyone except themselves for not reading ALL instructions and ALL requirements. I'm a local photographer, and had a big trip that I needed help scheduling many different dates, with different locations, hotels, and flight arrangements, with a sharp deadline to have it all completed by. It would've taken me forever to work out all the logistics in planning. Susan was able to nail down reservations for all my flights, hotel stays, and the many locations that I would be driving to in several states in such a short time frame.
