Experiencia fantástica: HUGE shout out to Sherry for all her work to make my daughter’s wedding the most special day ever! Sherry spent countless hours working with over 50 guests, us, the resort, bride and groom to provide the best wedding experience. To be honest, when our daughter and son in law said they wanted a destination wedding I was skeptical. I knew exactly who to contact, Sherry, as she had planned other trips for us and knew if anyone could pull this off it would be her! That’s exactly what she did. She met with us countless times, took my daughter’s vision board and made it a reality. Sherry kept us on target and didn’t miss a detail. Experiencia fantástica: We went to Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres ( Adult only ) for 5 days with friends that Sherry help plan and organize for everyone. We loved the Beach area, restaurants, and overall atmosphere of the resort. I highly recommend Sherry for vacation planning and she has already helped me plan my next family getaway.

Experiencia fantástica: Sherry helped us find and plan the most amazing trip to Costa Mujeres for our Honeymoon! We stayed at the Majestic Elegance! She also helped 8 of our friends join us for our trip as well! She was very easy to communicate with, whether it be via email, text or call she always responded so quickly and answered all of my questions and gave so much insight to going on a trip at an all inclusive resort! This was my first time ever going out of the country and to an AI and she made the experience fabulous! We actually ended up having to change our initial resort that we booked due to no beach access (that we later found out about-no fault to Sherry at all) and Sherry made this process so smooth and easy with sending so many options that matched our budget and our wants that we actually had a hard time choosing because the options were so good! You can’t go wrong with using Sherry as your travel agent, she is kind, caring and always makes sure you are going to have an amazing experience on your trip! She provided us with every detail we could possibly need and more, she even sent us little gifts to take on our trip! The Majestic Elegance was so fantastic! The beach area was huge and so clean, and the water was beautiful! The food at this resort was AMAZING with the steakhouse being our absolute fav and the sushi/hibachi as a second! The staff at this resort was also absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was so attentive and kind, we never once had bad service!

Experiencia positiva: We weren't taking a trip, we wanted to verify whether a scammers "boarding pass" was legitimate. It wasn't, but the person we talked to was very helpful in understanding our questions and giving us information that would not result in any benefit to her. We were impressed with her attitude and helpfulness.

We had a travel credit from a trip we could not take in 2020 during the pandemic. When planning our trip, she asked about our interests and expectations and made great suggestions that made our honeymoon unforgettable. She worked hard to find us the best deals at the top resorts and saved us around $5,000 when booking resorts for our 10 day stay in Hawaii. She gave us access to the Trip Plans app which organized all the necessary information in one convenient place and also mailed us paper copies of everything we needed. Overall, Sherry was great to work with and helped make our trip an amazing experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Sherry helped book our trip to Mexico in February. I cannot say enough about how communicative she was and engaged with our trip. The day of departure, our flight was cancelled and Sherry was extraordinary in helping us navigate new flights as well as the insurance claim process when we returned home. And they sounded so knowledgeable about the places I would like to see and how to go about purchasing plane tickets and hotel stay and rental cars just everything. She guided us through the very beginning (of selecting where to go), to the very end of helping us with the honeymoon, and everything in between. At many points, Sherry went above and beyond by taking on the role of wedding planner, for example by finding a superb wedding photographer and providing advice on everything from table layouts to welcome bags. Due to the pandemic, we ended up working with Sherry for a full two years before the wedding. Throughout it all, Sherry was responsive and really listened to what we wanted, even as that inevitably changed over the course of a couple years! Sherry also worked with all of our guests on their travel arrangements, and we know from personal experience some of those guests are high maintenance! I highly recommend Sherry for anyone looking for a travel agent!
