Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been using Sheila Mamuric as our travel agent since 2020. First time she helped us is when we went to the philippines during COVID and she made everything easy for us. She informed us all the requirements and took the stress from us. After that, we were always her customer every time we went to the philippines and everything went smooth. Yesterday was the first time we had to avail her service going back to the states. It was a horrible experience getting stuck in dallas airport and missed our connection due to bad weather. There were long lines to the customer service of the airline that was supposed to help us. Sheila went above and beyond her duty and she was the one who first notified me that my connecting flight will be cancelled because she was already looking into the system for the next flights for us the next day. I didn’t have to do anything but just wait for her update. Every time she finds a flight for us and reserves it, the airline would delay it or cancel it. We were at this situation for more than a day. We were stuck in the airport but we were lucky that we had an agent who was pro active in helping us. We were able to reach our destination the next day and it’s all because of her excellent service. Sheila…you are the best…keep up the good work!!!!
