Experiencia negativa: Essentially paid $2200 for a guide who had no special knowledge of the parks to swipe our fast passes for us. I asked when booking if a special itinerary for smaller children with a focus on Harry Potter was possible. We ended up with a guide who gave us no explanation of anything just rushing us through the parks. I finally told him I’d pay for the remaining time but he could leave as it made me and my family uncomfortable to just have a random person with us. I was promised no more than 10-15 min wait times (absolutely a lie as we waited over an hour for one ride my daughter really wanted to ride.) multiple times our “guide” pushed us to ride something only to find out once we made it to the line that my youngest wasn’t tall enough. My 4 yo was terrified after we went on Spider-Man at his suggestion. Guide couldn’t even tell us the names of the rides. Absolutely biggest scam and rip off

Experiencia fantástica: We spent the weekend in Orlando at Disney with the help of our SmarTours Disney Guide, Chris. As DVC members we are quite familiar with the parks and have always prided ourselves on accomplishing everything ourselves, but the new Lightning Lane System rolled out right before we got here and we were at a loss. Chris was extremely confident and we entrusted his expertise throughout the four days we had which proved that we were amateurs comparatively. We waited about 10-12 minutes for everything and finished each park by the early afternoons. This was the first time I got to spend quality, stress free time with my family! I’ll never visit the parks again without the help of Chris and SmarTours!

Experiencia fantástica: We just returned from our second Spring Break Disney World trip where we used VIP Virtual Tours services. This time Jamie guided us virtually over 3 days through Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. I would never attempt to do DW without this service…Jamie made even the most crowded parks completely accessible and we didn’t miss any rides. I could just enjoy the day with my family without stressing about lines, Genie+ or Lightning Lanes. Do yourself and your family the favor and book their service! Thank you, Jamie!!

What a cool experience-Alex & his team were so easy to work with and made sure our family got on every single ride we requested. They were responsive and helpful and I will never go to Disney without using their services. Seriously it was so amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: We used the Virtual VIP Experience for our recent trip to Animal Kingdom and it was awesome! My wife was in constant contact with our tour guide Chris via text messages, and with his guidance we were able to hit all of the rides while avoiding the crazy long lines. Anyone who has ever gone to an amusement park with kids knows that it can be a stressful experience, but having Chris as our virtual guide made this trip as stress free as possible. Experiencia fantástica: We were in Florida for a cheer competition and we only had one free day to go to a park. The little ones chose Animal Kingdom and I was stressing because I had never been there and I didn’t know what the best rides/must see things were and how we were going to see everything, etc. A family member suggested that we do a Virtual VIP Experience with Smartours, and I’m so glad that we did! Chris was our Virtual Tour Guide and he was amazing! His knowledge of the park and the best way to navigate throughout it, while hitting all of the rides, made this a stress free excursion! Communication was simple, and done via text messages. We got to ride all of rides that we wanted to and we had plenty of time at the end to meander around and unwind a bit before leaving the park. They got us in and out of the parks over the New Year and we didn’t wait more than 10-15 minutes for anything and left after we accomplished the entire park in only 7 hours. Experiencia fantástica: Chris and his VIP theme park guides from SmarTours Orlando made our Disneyworld and Universal experience stress-free, smooth and fun. His concierge service booked all of our restaurant reservations and took complete control of my Disney account for the theme parks so I didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy the day with my family. We didn’t wait more than 15 minutes on any ride and most rides we walked right in. They were great communicators and a pleasure to hang out with in person.
