Experiencia fantástica: I am going to Japan on November 6th 2019. You can only get the rail pass up to 3 months before your departure date, so I purchased it August 6th. Yasuji Hanada promptly emailed me to let me know it would have to be used by November 6th, but I arrive the 7th. Saved me a huge hassle. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice service. Sadly they only take checks or money orders as payment but they are really polite and courteous. I'm thinking planning my future vacations with them.
